BESTEL HIER NOOIT IETS! Ik wilde bij dit bedrijf bestellen omdat hun assortiment groot is en ik meerdere producten nodig had, maar wat een ellende zeg. Ik ben nu al meer dan 2 maanden aan het wachten op mijn order maar heb nog niks ontvangen, ik kan ze ook op geen enkele manier bereiken. Wat een ellende!!

I purchased mine through Amazon yesterday and delivered today I'm pleased with mine but after reading the reviews glad I didn't order it direct from them .

The worst ever experience with customer service, waiting for my parcel for more than 2 months. Company doesn’t bither even to respond to emails. Disgusting

It's hard to believe how a company this size can be this bad, and I wonder what Estee Lauder thinks of this all.

How can you run a business with no Customer Service team for weeks and weeks? How can you close your Customer Service unit during Christmas when this is the busiest time of the year? Who on Earth does that?

I placed a €192 order at the end of Nov, it was fulfilled with so much delay that I was gone by the time it arrived. It was returned to sender and received by Deciem in Poland on 3rd Jan.

I've sent several emails, all ignored, as of today 30th January, no one's got back to me, and of course no refund whatsoever.

Great products, but beauty is not exactly a monopoly... so. Never Again

I see there are hundreds of fellow customers in this situation. Please, try to file a chargeback with your bank/credit card issuer

malgré plusieurs messages de relance à DECIEM.

Au retour, j'ai eu droit qu'à des réponses automatiques disant qu'un humain me recontactera dans le meilleur délai.
Puis silence complet !

Est ce que c'est la politique de DECIEM ?
Gagner d'abord la confiance des consommateurs, après il est plus facile de les arnaquer ???🤔

Op 23 nov 23 besteld, product nooit ontvangen! Geld nogsteeds niet ontvangen. Bellen met Amsterdam heeft geen zin. Email reageren zij op dat het druk is en bezig zijn om alles uit te zoeken. Lijk mij geen goed bedrijf. Hier niet bestellen.

Automated reply 8/12,14/12,15/12 “we’re onto it”. No action no further contact. Customer Care phone number stated” hard working staff on holiday”. On return still no one available at Customer Care.

Pedí unos productos el 25 de diciembre y aún no he recibido nada, mi pedido no muestra ningún avance, he enviado 3 reportes al soporte de la página web y nunca me han dado respuesta.

Their “Slovember” promo was a proper scam! Made an order on 26/11/23 and as of today, nothing has ever arrived. Zero response from their appalling customer service and money thrown down the toilet. Also, the UK support number on their website is fake/unrecognised.

J'ai passé une commande en Novembre et je ne l'ai toujours pas reçue. J'ai envoyé 2 mails et je n'arrive pas à joindre l'équipe support. Je ne vais pas laisser passer mais je ne commanderais plus jamais. Je recommande absolument pas. C'est une catastrophe de commander sur ce site.

I ordered a number of items mid November. Its January and I still haven’t received them. I emailed early December to complain, and completed their online complaints form. I can’t get through on the telephone. I still haven’t received the goods or been refunded the £55 I’m owed. Shocking service.

Hice un pedido el 27 de noviembre. Somos 2 de enero y aún no he recibido el paquete. Entro en el seguimiento de mi pedido y dice entregado, es mentira, no he recibido nada. Me puse en contacto con ellos a través de la web el día 5 de diciembre (que es cuando apareció en el seguimiento que se me había entregado pero yo no había recibido el paquete) y aún nadie se ha puesto en contacto conmigo. El número de teléfono de atención para España es el internacional y dice que puede ser de pago. Escribí por Instagram y me contesta un robot que no soluciona nada. Empiezo a pensar que ni me devolverán el dinero ni me va a llegar la compra. Mi orden de pedido es: 17423053 y mi Case #01927762.

Made an order on Black Friday. It still hasn't arrived. I've contacted them twice, gotten automatic responses eventually on both. Their website says they are taking time off for the holidays. I figured I'd ordered from a scam site, but no, this is really their web store. Ugh. First time ordering, worst service ever.

I have sent over my package back to the deciem warehouse and it has been several weeks and still havent receieved my refund. No customer service whatsoever, I email them and everytime they say We are experiencing high volume of requests and we will get back to you soon, but no there seems to be no one responding, its like they just dont want to give my money back.

Cadeau kaart besteld 18-nov-2023. 5x gemaild Tm 29-dec.wanneer geleverd wordt. Een no-reply mail als antwoord: I,am sorry high volume sales blah,blah enz. Tot op vandaag geen cadeau kaart ontvangen. Bij ICS vandaag stornering betaling aangevraagd, ook weer een berg werk. Waardeloos!

J'avais hate de tester ces produits NIOD / DECIEM.
- Commande passée le 21.11 durant le black FRIDAY (145€)
- Le colis n'a jamais été livré et a été renvoyé à l'expéditeur la première semaine de décembre
- Contact / réclamation faite auprès de NIOD sur leur site internet: un premier email accusant réception de ma demande le 08.12, un deuxième email le 15.12 et rien depuis...
Il semble que je ne sois pas la seule dans ce cas!
Si la marque ne peut pas assurer face à un tel succès, elle devrait stopper ses offres promotionnelles et ses pubs (qui deviennent ainsi mensongères)!

Très déçue...
Je n'avais pas eu de problème jusque là, mais suite à une commande passée pendant le mois de novembre 2023, je remarque que cette compagnie a de plus en plus difficultés à acheminer ses produits.
De mon côté, je n'ai jamais reçu ma commande qui avoisine les 75€. J'ai envoyé 2 mails qui sont toujours sans réponse. Je vais voir si je peux faire un recours auprès de PayPal...

Aufgrund katastrophaler Kommunikation von UPS habe ich das Paket nicht erhalten, es wurde nach Polen zurückgeliefert.
Am 27.11.23 habe ich dies mit o.a. Case-No. an Deciem gemeldet. In der Empfangsmail stand, man würde sich innerhalb von 2-3 Tagen bei mir melden. Seitdem: NICHTS!!!
In der - automatischen - Mailantwort steht, man solle anrufen, oder den live chat kontaktieren. NUR: ES GIBT WEDER EINE KONTAKT-TELEFONNUMMER FÜR DEUTSCHLAND, NOCH GIBT ES EINEN LIVE CHAT!
Ich bin äusserst verärgert, will mein Geld zurück, oder wenigstens meine Ware.
KAUFEN SIE NICHT DIREKT BEI DECIEM! Wenn mit der Lieferung irgendwas schief geht, sind Sie LOST.

Due to disastrous communication from UPS, I did not receive the package, it was delivered back to Poland.
On November 27th, 2023 I reported this with the above case no. to Deciem. The - automatic - email I got back said that I would be contacted within 2-3 days. Since then: NOTHING!!!
The - automatic - email response also says that I should call or contact the live chat. ONLY: THERE IS NEITHER A CONTACT TELEPHONE NUMBER FOR GERMANY, NOR IS THERE A LIVE CHAT!
I am extremely upset and want my money back, or at least my goods.
DO NOT BUY DIRECTLY FROM DECIEM! If anything goes wrong with the delivery, you are LOST.
