J’ai commandé le 24 mars 2022 et jais toujours rien déçu ni mail de confirmation ni mail de suivi pourtant sur mon compt bancaire jais bien étais débiter de la somme de 36,50€ au nom de nadif merci de me répondre au plus vite

Product was delivered well on time, no issues with purchase or delivery. No faults to the product either. Disappointed with the massive box for just one 30ml bottle though. Hoping Deciem will work on better-fitting packaging at some point, because a box the size of a shoe box seems like a waste of space and material in multiple steps of the delivery.

au moment de la commande la date de livraison était prévue pour le 2 avril nous sommes le 5 j'ai reçu un mail disant que la commande a été expédiée mais en allant sur le site pour vérifier ou elle en était je trouve qu'elle n'a pas encore été expédiée et aucun moyen de les joindre

Avevo ordinato molte volte su questo sito e tutto arrivava sempre puntuale. Il mio ultimo ordine è stato il 14 marzo 2022 e non è ancora arrivato e non riesco nemmeno a tracciare il pacco. Mah.

I absolutely love The Ordinary products and DECIEM is a great company with fast shipping and wonderful customer service. I received a damaged product and they offered me a very satisfying solution. Will definitely be buying again!

ordered around 100gbp worth of product, and no confirmation/shippment for dayss. And so difficult to find way to actually get in contact with cs on their website regarding this exact issue- (seems reaaaaaally common problem judging from reviews here, wish i had read the reviews here before i place my order). Very unpleasant shopping experience

Hice mi compra, decía que el envío tardaba de 3 a 5 días hábiles en llegar a mi casa, han pasado 6 días y ni siquiera han hecho el envío, está compañía es un robo, definitivamente no volveré a comprar.

UPDATE 23.03.22: Paypal sided with me; refund received. Not touching this joke of a company ever again. Good products tainted by atrocious customer support.

I ordered £40 of products on March 4th, 2022.

On March 7th, the products still had not been shipped. Called support, was told they would be shipped soon.

Called on March 14th, product still not shipped. Asked for a refund. Told "I'm not able to do that but I can escalate your request"

March 15th, I get an email saying there is an "investigation" (lol) with the warehouse as to where my order is. I respond asking for a refund again.

March 16th, I am told that "unfortunately" a refund cannot be issued while they are "investigating". Not an acceptable response.

"Unfortunately" for Deciem, they are not legally able to hold onto my money once I have requested an order cancellation. I can request a refund and cancel my online contract within 14 days of the product arriving...but the product hasn't even arrived, so a refund can be immediately issued; internal processes be damned.
I have opened a Paypal dispute and will claim my money back by force. It is sad to see that another reviewer on here has had the exact same problem. This has left a sour taste in my mouth and I will not be purchasing Deciem products again.

I am sure Deciem will reply here with a warped recollection of events or some phoned-in apology, as they do with every other negative review. Only an immediate refund is an acceptable response.

UPDATE 18.03.22: They have again refused a refund...but offered me a 15% discount code. It is quite clear at this point that they're stalling until more stock arrives, then they will magically have resolved my issue! They really assume their customers are stupid.

UPDATE 23.03.22: Again refused refund. Today's excuse is that it was an "IT error", aka "you bought something that wasn't actually in stock and we're waiting for it to arrive"!

Do not order from this company! I placed an order on 3rd March but it has still not been despatched. I have contacted customer services but they have advised that I need to wait for the warehouse to get back to them to advise why it hasn't been sent and that they don't know how long this will take.

I have asked to make a complaint but they don't even let you do that, they just advised that i have to wait and they will be in touch as soon as they know something (but do not have a timescale on this).

I have asked if they can send a replacement order out but they have refused. My order was £80 and cannot get any answer on this.

Terrible communication, no complaints procedure, no timescales - AVOID!

Realicé un pedido con la orden #13091059 el día 02 de marzo, hoy es 09 de marzo, 7 días después y aun el pedido sale como NO ENVIADO y tampoco me ha llegado NINGUN NUMERO DE TRACKING. Me han cobrado el monto, y no contestan los mensajes a servicio al cliente. Si no van a enviar el producto realicen un reembolso, es mi primera compra con ustedes y estoy DECEPCIONADA.

Hacer unos días hice un pedido me marcaba que tenía que entregarse el 3 de marzo y aun no llega el día de mañana me iré de viaje h no regreso hasta después de 2 meses y nada qje llega mi pedido por favor necesito una respuesta!!!

All the bad reviews about them are true. I'm giving them two stars just because my packages come, at least.

Their communication with customers is AWFUL, god forbid you had to cancel a package, they either will not allow it or not respond to your emails at all.

Really, really bad. I don't know what else to say.

I ordered when they had sales in November and now it's the end of February and the package is still nowhere and no response to emails.
I'm sad about that. I was looking forward to the products and that my acne would get better.

HORRIBLE Customer Service!!!!! Order is taking so long to arrive and response from my query as to where and what's happening to my order is to just " check the site for update" AMAZING, coz I couldn't just do that myself can I? Unhelpful, unprofesional, lack of communication, a week of delay from expected delivery date and I don't even know what's happening!!!!!!!!!

Zeer slechte, langzame customer service. Eind november besteld, maar iets verkeerd gegaan met verzending en daarom veelvuldig over en weer moeten mailen om dit op te lossen, waarbij nu eindelijk het pakket opnieuw onderweg lijkt (ruim 2 maanden later dus). Foute verzending kan gebeuren, maar met name de slome reacties en het ontwijken van vragen en mededelingen in mijn (korte, bondige) mails heb ik als zeer frustrerend ervaren. Ook wordt er met geen mogelijkheid een compensatie aangeboden of een verontschuldiging gedaan. (Ter voorbeeld: In mijn laatste mail - na 2 maanden met geduld heen en weer mailen - mailde ik vriendelijk dat enige compensatie en excuses wel op zijn plaats zouden zijn en kreeg ik als antwoord dat ze helaas momenteel geen kortingscodes beschikbaar hebben, zonder verder op mijn vraag in te gaan - alsof ik vroeg om een huidige kortingscode? Om nog maar te zwijgen over het feit dat ik überhaupt ooit nog iets bij hen wil bestellen…) Heel jammer en onnodig allemaal, lijkt mij. Mij zijn ze kwijt als fan en trouwe klant.

I visited the London store and was very disappointed that they use room fragrance in the shop. I am interested in - and have purchased - Deciem products because they are frageance free. It seems a contradiction to sell fragrance free products in a shop that smells strongly of perfume.

Always fast shipping.

Within 5 days my skin is looking better. Little white bumbs gone. Skin also feels tighter.
But I also love all your products

The modulating glucosides serum did not work for me. It was supposed to calm my skin down but did the exact opposite. I started getting little pimples within a couple of days after I started using it and my skin feels so dry and irritated...

This company is awful - do not order from them. I placed an order on 16 Dec and have had nothing. They keep blaming their courier but refuse to give my money back.
I have to keep emailing but get the same response each time - we have escalated to our courier
I have now asked to make a formal complaint but i hold out no hope in getting my order or my money back.
Do not use this company or order from their site.
