Dean Taxis Arvostelua 

Was twenty minutes late arriving having been told it was a precise train booking with the timings that could not be changed. Arrived at the station 30 additional minutes late due to traffic issues (which we asked to account for when booking in an area we were not familiar with). We missed the train which was a multi change journey that required arrival on time to catch another train. Not an apology! Most disappointing.
Ruined the whole day and we had to rebook all the journey and lost our guaranteed seat booking as well..Avoid ..

I have been using Dean consistently over the last 2 years. There have been a few previous mistakes re the bookings, e.g wrong addresses and insufficient information on delays. I've remained loyal until last night.

Last night I booked a taxi and hour ahead and was asked if I wanted an earlier pick up when I called when my train got in early. The taxi was half an hour late than original time.. It was cold windy and wet and after midnight. I'm pretty appalled that my requests for clarification on pick up at the train station were met with false information ( e.g., a few minutes) when there were automated messages saying 18 etc. I can't stand easily without pain, and I was approached several times by strangers - leaving me feeling very vulnerable.

Your drivers are usually lovely. Your organisations as a business is appalling - with zero awareness of your duty of care. Not risking it again.

got a call to say taxi outside went out and knocked on window taxi driver said no. and phone reply said no turn up. this was within 2 min. obviously got a better fare.
