Third time using Deal Direct and honestly don’t think I’d go anywhere else. Girls inthe shop keep you informed well and very polite. Rob who came to measure was professional and was helpful to me choosing. But special mention to Scott the fitter he’s great at his job, thanks again!!

We had Plantation Shutters installed by this company 6 weeks ago and can highly recommend them. From first point of contact, to measuring and estimating followed by expert fitting, Deal Direct were professional, experienced and provided an all round excellent customer service. We were informed of the initial timescale and contacted frequently with updates on progress of our order. The two guys that turned up to fit the blinds, Paul & Jason were very respectful of my property and completed the fitting in a timely and very organised manner. I had very little mess to clear afterwards. The shutters are beautiful, and have been invaluable during this very hot spell of weather we have experienced, helping to keep our house cool when required. We have had many compliments from passers by too.

From ordering to installing I have had the most positive experience from direct blinds. Peter came to measure and told me all about what deal direct have to offer. I felt absolutely no pressure. He was professional and talked me through the different options. I spoke on the phone to a lady (Andrea I think) who liaised with me the best time to have my blinds fitted. Then Paul came to fit them. He was professional and quick and sorted out the rubbish for recycling. He talked me through how to use the blinds carefully. I absolutely love the 3 blinds Paul fitted. This was my 2nd time using deal direct blinds and I would use them again aswell. A reliable & trustworthy company putting the customer first. The staff are friendly and professional (Peter & Paul) and helped give me some good advice on the type of blind suited to our needs. There was an issue with our blinds when they came to be fitted but Paul sorted the issue out promptly and we had brand new ones re-made & fitted in less than a week! great service & would highly recommend.

Visited the showroom today and soon as I arrived the receptionist was so friendly and professional and dealt with my problem fast and very efficiently, and the engineer called Jordon fixed it and he explained what he’s done, nothing seemed a problem and I can’t speak highly enough of him. An assist to the company. Recommend them highly.

Just had a full House of blinds fitted off this company. Really impressed with the quality of the blinds but in my opinion what sets this company is their amazing staff/ fitters. No trailing up and down stairs in dirty work boots, they even brought their own slippers. Highly recommend this company 10/10

Deal Direct have recently installed perfect fit blinds throughout my apartment on two different occasions. Peter measured and they were fitted by Paul, Stephen, Scott. Very good service and good quality blinds. On the second set I had installed one of the blinds had been made the wrong size, this was rectified within the hour. I would definitely recommend them and will use again. Nice people to deal with.

We made a call to request a visit and the lady in the phone was very polite and efficient. On our first visit Scott was very helpful in advising of the type of blinds would best suit our windows and measures up as well as advising us of when we could expect delivery of blinds.
As promised we received a call to arrange fitting. On the day of delivery Rob (M) called us to say he was on his way. He fitted blinds and explained how to operate them.There was no mess etc left for us to clear at all first class service. I will definitely be recommending to family and friends.

What a fantastic company! Amazing friendly staff and fitters who were professional, curtious and who cleaned up after themselves. I am over the moon wiith both my shutters and blinds. They have totally elevated my holiday cottage. I will definitely be using deal direct again.
