amazing credit union

I have been with DCU for over 12 years and I have nothing but positive things to say about this credit union. Customer service is top tier.. both in person and on the phone. I always get questions answered quickly and always taken care of no matter the situation. I highly recommend this credit union to anyone that wants a great experience every time a banking need arises. Thank you DCU!

Great customer service

The customer service representative was extremely helpful and patient with me. I appreciated her kindness and willingness to help me. I been a member for a long time. For people like her is the reason I keep coming back. I Thank her for her help.

Opened up an account today with…

Opened up an account today with Charlene in Manchester, NH. What a great experience! She was very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. I’m sure others will be helpful in the future but I was extremely happy working with Charlene!

Great Service

Made opening an account for my son ease…

Made opening an account for my son ease and explained why the chat bot told me o would have to mail things in and me we have me an option of going to a branch but had said they would still have to mail the application off. Going in made it so I didn't have to do any of that and explained it all for me.
