DBS Bathrooms Arvostelua

Quick delivery and speedy replacement of an item that arrived damaged. The wall panels were far less expensive than another brand we looked at, but we were extremely happy with the quality. Our fitter was impressed too, and the panels have transformed the look of our shower cubicle. My only other comment would be that the colour "white shimmer" actually looks pale grey now they are up. Not a problem for us as we planned to paint the rest of the room pale grey anyway.

The bathroom panels arrived quickly. They were very easy to install. Look great and a great price

Excellent service. Panels arrived very quickly. One was broken so the delivery man took it back and brought a replacement the next day. Outstanding customer service .

Our order for ceiing panels was delivered within 2 days, as promised. When a cutting error meant that I had to order one extra panel, even though I phoned and ordered after 2pm, the replacment was delivered before noon the following day. And with a very reasonable delivery charge. Brilliant customer service, and the ceiling looks great!!

Great panelling, easy to put up, slots into eachother really well. Great delivery service and customer service. Really happy.

unbelievable customer SERVICE

Had wall panels from dbs bathrooms for my new bathroom and they are amazing. I love them. Customer service is fantastic. Fab company from start to finish. 8 months later and the panels are like new still

Absolutely first class customer service. What a fantastic company! We are so pleased with our wall panels! I would 100% recommend dbs bathrooms!

Super fast delivery & gorgeous quality

Poor service payed for next day delivery received it 3 days later will never use these again!!!!

Fantastic overall experience with this company.
Great communication. No issues getting in touch with them. Tara and delivery driver lovely to speak with. Delivery was handled with care. The products are amazing. The quality is top notch. I am so impressed. Worked with them more than once because I like their panels so much.

I’ve used dbs for a couple of projects now, bathroom, dressing room panels & also flooring. And the quality is always insane, delivered on the day they said delivery would be, & also super friendly! Wouldn’t use anyone else

Great service. Person on the phone very helpful when I placed the order. Delivery when expected & all good. Packaged well etc & the finished result, the bathroom ceiling panels look lovely

The board is excellent and well packaged. Good quality. Reasonable price. Reason for only 4 stars is that I paid for next day delivery and tracking stated expected by 5pm but only turned up after 7pm, by which time my tradesperson had left. The driver was very friendly and helpful though. More realistic timescales for delivery need to be given.

Great customer service, honest and informative.

I was very happy with the shower panels, they look really great in my shower, they came on time and were very well packaged.
Very pleased

I ordered from this company
Great service 1st order was ordered on a thursday evening delivery was said to be 1-5 days .Delivered on the Monday great service from delivery company
Didnt order enough 1st time ,2nd order had the same service
Very pleased with panels

poorly packaged. cellotaped the adhesive i ordered to the pvc panels i ordered putting dents/ cracks in the panels luckily the panels were long enough that i i could cut off the cracked and dented part and still use them. but i doubt ill be ordering anything from them again

Edit: the DBS team reached out to me via email and made up for the damaged panels and said they are making changes to make sure the same thing wont happen again to anyone else.

I placed an order and delivery was quoted as 1-5 days. On the fifth day courier tracking showed it out for delivery and delivered at the same time. After waiting for the courier to get back to me they informed me that they had returned my items to DBS bathrooms so as to stop any further damage. It was annoying that they weren't going to tell me.
I emailed DBS and they responded very quickly and ask if I wanted a refund or reorder. I asked for a reorder and I'm happy to say it arrived today on next day delivery. So I'm impressed with DBS and would recommend them.

Kept in touch with our order all the way through, quick delivery - will happily use again
