Derek Baxter founded DB Domestics back in 1971 in Luton before moving the business to Eastbourne in 1982. We remain a family run business of three generations with the same principles as its always been with service at the heart of our business. We are a proud member of the Euronics Group providing unbeatable prices with unbeatable service Our business has gone from strength to strength expanding over the years to now having one of the biggest showrooms in South East England. With over 1,500 appliances on display in our showroom located in Eastbourne, East Sussex you are bound to find the right appliance. In late 2023 the DB Kitchens team opened the doors on our brand new showroom extension, which now showcases over 20 different kitchen furniture ranges, along with over 150 door styles. With so many appliances in stock and local next day delivery available DB Domestics is your one stop shop for any appliance. Orders can be done with expert knowledge on hand in store, over the phone or online with ease.

Great experience

Great price, especially for the delivery, installation and recycling of old machine. Very smooth process altogether! Would definitely recommend!

They took the oven away got it working after discovering faulty elements and then brought it back, installed it and it's working fine 👍

Great customer service in store

Great customer service in store, knowledgeable sales person, all our questions answered and great advice given.
Very quick delivery date.
New washing machine delivered and installed by very professional, polite installers and old machine removed efficiently.

What a super company!

What a super company!
We were interested in buying a washing machine and fridgefreezer; the information the assistant gave us was super useful and directed at what we actually wanted. Great delivery and installation. Absolutely our go-to place for any domestic appliances as we feel we trust the company and have had an excellent experience.

DB Domestics - an excellent company

Excellent service from start to finish. Easy ordering online then DB Domestics phoned us to confirm the delivery date - they install then take away the old appliance free of charge. Our new tumble dryer works really well. Superb local business - we always use DB Domestics for our white goods orders.

Ordered online, was called the next day to arrange delivery/ installation, the guys arrived in the allocated time slot. Installed and tested my new dishwasher, very polite gentleman, overall great service

Prompt and friendly service and assistance

Prompt and friendly service from Rob. Very informative and knowledgeable re product being purchased.
Assisted by registering manufacturers guarantee when we were unable to register either on line or by speaking to customer services .
