Not for families.. Horrible first experience. I've requested for a family room although I was told it's not showing on my booking. I called the hotel and day use and no one is able to confirm. I booked this hotel through day use to think it'll give me piece of mind. Instead, all I got is unnecessary stress. I can't understand why there is no option to add number of guests when you search for rooms. I am canceling this as no one is able to help or be given an transparency. I also feel scammed for having to pay and loss £5 for a booking fee after all this. Not good for families and I can't recommend.

Efficacy great. Hotel connection brilliant. Great stopover. Was very stuck. Let down by other platforms and early check in needed. Such brilliant staff at hotel. At home instantly

I found the app very easy to use , I got a room in a great location with excellent facilities within minutes , all in Alloa great experience Igbo needed a room to check not the day directorate flight home and early check out of the hotel I stayed in I’d definitely use this company again , excellent value for money too

The hospitality was excellent from the moment I arrived. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help, making me feel truly welcomed throughout my stay. The hotel’s location next to Paddington Station was very convenient, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and peaceful. Thank you to the whole team for the amazing service and care I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting London.

Great hotel for a short stopover but don’t use the hotel taxi transfer to the airport €30 as uber will charge you €10. Great hotel for day use if you have to leave your rental early and have a late night flight. We stayed for six hours at a reasonable rate. Great sun terrace with free water coffee and snacks. Bar open with reasonable prices for alcohol and food. Nice shower before our flight home.

Quickly found a hotel at short notice close by at a reasonable price and hotel was very nice

Close to airport easily accessable, friendly staff, 5 star accommodation. Towels , shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hairdryer available. Comfortable bed and bedding specially after a 16hour flight. I can recommend this hotel.

Very smooth booking experience, check in was easy, room exactly as described, and just all around a very good service.

Great price. Friendly staff. Perfect location close to town centre. Would recommend.

first time i have used this website so really pleased

This is such a useful service and it was very easy to use. I loved having a private space to relax in as well as enjoy a day in the city. I am 100% going to be a repeat customer.

Easy to make a booking
Great service
Very flexible
Can be cancelled at very short notice

Had a very good experience here! The hotel is excellent, but the service is what really stands out. A huge thanks to Marco for the seamless check-in and for making me feel welcome immediately.

Easy to use site with clear and accurate information.

This was my first time using the company and I would definitely do it again. Great facility waiting for our MIA to LHR red eye flight after leaving a cruise ship at 8.00 am that morning.

Amazing deals and place to relax

Easy to book

Booking process very easy to follow. E mails kept up to date. No problems with checking in at hotel. Would recommend

Easy process, booked very last minute.
Cleaner came in part way through visit, which was irritating.
