This was a perfect day stay for our layover in Dubai.
The hotel, staff and pool was perfect.
With the 8-8 day use we were able to leave our hand luggage in the room, have a very comfortable sleep, spend time I. Dubai and return for a nice shower and cup of tea before the next flight.
Definitely recommend this day use

Total bait and switch
Total bait-and-switch at this hotel. Paid for a Premium room but got a tired, dated room instead. When I complained, the receptionist had awful customer service and refused to give me what I paid for unless I paid for another upgrade. Unbelievable. Truly disappointed.

Vastaus yritykseltä Dayuse.co.uk
Hello,
Thank you for your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for this disappointing experience. You booked a Premium room, and you should expect to receive what you paid for. We're also sorry that your complaint at reception wasn't handled with the care it deserved.
As a booking platform, Dayuse is not the hotel itself, but we work directly with our partner hotels and take issues like this seriously, as they help us raise the standard of our services.
To help us investigate, please email us at contact@dayuse.com with your booking number and a full description of what happened. Our team will review your case and be happy to take it up with the hotel.
Thank you for taking the time to let us know.
Best Regards, - LEILA

First time to use the dayuse.co.uk with great experience and support from day use hotline when hotel reception had little problem.
Will use again in future.
No hassle for booking as no payment needed ( for my chosen day use hotel) , and the booking with no pre-payment was honoured.
