Terrible quality with worse customer service
I have been buying David Yurman jewelry for the past 15 years and I will never buy a piece again. I have 3 beaded bracelets that have broken and the cost to repair one was $712 after owning it for only 4 years with minimal wear. Their customer service is a complete joke and they could care less whether or not to please a customer or stand by their terrible quality.

To put it simply
To put it simply, David Yurman is not a jewelry company they are a marketing company. They do a great job at convincing customers they are upscale. They are in fact selling some of the cheapest and poorly made jewelry on the market. Their clasps are junk and you will be constantly worrying about losing you bracelet or necklace. Customer Service does not exist at David Yurman. I am a wristwatch collector and a advocate for eliminating fake luxury goods from the market. In the case of David Yurman, the fakes on eBay are a better quality than Yurman actually sells. I therefore encourage everyone to buy the fakes over their real goods. If they want to be a scummy company we need to treat them that way.

Terrible David Yurman customer service
Over the past 15-20 years my husband has bought many David Yurman pieces, a ring which was several years old starting getting cloudy, which was topaz. I sent my ring to their 3rd party repair facility and was told I would have to pay for a replacement/ repair. I contacted DY customer service & was put off for 2 weeks and was finally told all they would do was free shipping for me. Totally dissatisfied & will never purchase another piece, horrible way to treat a good customer.

Garbage quality. Purchased a bracelet for my husband which broke within 6 months. David Yurman will not stand by their product as there is no warranty on their items. Absolutely will not be buying anything from them in the future there are much better quality brands out there that will not break after 6 months of casual wear
