I wish I could give 0 stars. Its a scam company and they dont send products. I ordered a jacket in December 2025. The delivery date was unusually long as it was taking 25 days. I didnt bother to check it as it was coming from china. After all those days; they marked it as delivered when I was at home but rhe product is no where to be found. I told the seller that contacted the delivery partner that they admitted they lost the package but rhe seller refused refund suggesting that its been marked as delivered. And on top of that tells me to pay another 15 euros so that the product gets shipped again. Absolute scammer. My credit card company also betrayed me because the seller "gave evidence" that the product was delivered. Such a scam companies all over.

I found this company on the Google search - I said I'll give a go, as they had some nice offers. I ordered few jackets, as you can't be sure about the measurements etc. and I'll use one as a Christmas gift and the other one keep for myself.
First I was waiting for order to arrive over 3 weeks, then when I tried to return some of them, but I was told I have 2 days because I won't be paid back otherwise. They asked me to send it back to the USA instead of China (origin country) and cover the courier. I paid for it and took express delivery with confirmation. They refused the delivery and the reason was 'delivery to expensive'. Customer service was giving me false information saying the parcel is still in transit. In meantime I opened a dispute with PayPal and they were giving wrong information to them (also return address). So basically I lost £465 + £45 delivery. I tried to contact them multiple times but they refusing to help me properly even knowing the issue is in their side.

Absolutely worth it!

Customer service was great answered all my questions. Shipping was good arrived before expected date. Over all the quality of this coat is top notch. Ohio got hit with some very cold days -22 by the lakes where I live. I barely noticed the cold with this coat. I'm a blue collar man and I'm rough on my clothes this coat is holding up great. Only issues were a couple of failed and popped stitches. This was no problem I fixed it and had it back out and to work. 8.5/10 will be buying again.

David Outwear symbolizes the reasons why most folks prefer to buy from Amazon, much as we might loathe the monopoly Amazon represents. I won't bore you with the exchange details, but I'll say instead that if you have an exchange request? Mine took 9+ weeks. Customer service and promptness is key; David Outwear falls short every time.

The customer service was first class. The boots I ordered are lovely and of high quality. My only reservation is that they were slow in arriving, coming from mainline China, but it was worth the wait!

The product was what I expected, looks really good, seems like very good quality. The boots fits well and the size is ”correct”.
When I ordered the boots, I didn’t expected them to be delivered from China.. 🧐 but ok, I didn’t check either ☺️

The sizing is spot on. I wear a 2xl, I ordered a 2xl, it fits perfect. Ordering was easy. Initial quality exceeded expectations. We’ll see about the long term durability, I just received the jacket. It has become my go to jacket with pockets that are big enough to be useful and overall comfort.

From point of purchase to the package being delivered has been a great experience! Shipping took 3/4 weeks but that’s ok! You couldn’t wipe the smile off my husbands face after he saw the logo! He didn’t want to take it off haha. Very happy costumer :) will be back again!

By ringing me up and letting me know they are delivering it or it hasn't been delivered stupid scummy idiots are using "Shop" on Facebook one of the worse scamming companies for online purchasing. Don't give refunds, and don't send you a item number in the email. Just receipt with no order number on it. And "shop" are even worst They just take your money and never deliver it. Scum of the earth. Been waiting over two weeks for my coat. Just took the £80 and never turned up. Scum!!! Scum scum scum!!!!!!!

For a long time I had my eye on a particular leather jacket on this site.. I finally bought it and it arrived around 5-6 weeks later (didn't mind and was expecting a long delivery time, as I'm living in the UK).

The jacket was nice and the quality seemed good but it was too big for me - I got in touch with the team and was honestly surprised at how quickly and fairly they replied and got this sorted. While they have a 30 day return policy, I explained that it took more than 30 days for the jacket to arrive and for me to try it on, so they waived this and explained clearly how to return and what the next steps would be. Two weeks after sending the jacket back, the replacement jacket turns up and it fits like a charm!

While emailing their support team, I dealt with someone named Imma who was super polite and provided me with tracking info along the way. In a world where so many online clothing outlets are scammers or a bit dodgy, it's refreshing to come across a team that's actually decent. Great company and would highly recommend.

Pessima qualità degli indumenti, jeans che dopo svariati lavaggi rilasciano colore, bottoni che si staccano al primo utilizzo, cuciture che si scuciono sempre ai primi utilizzi. Marca da evitare assolutamente, specialmente visto i prezzi.

I’m so proud of

Was a gift for my father’s birthday and he loves it.

I ordered from them a week ago. The tracking on Shop.com was showing that a label had been created for one item but it hasn't shipped. The other shows no progress at all. I reached out to them and they said it had shipped and sent me a tracking link... that said the same thing as Shop.com. I told them since no tracking system was showing that the order had shipped after a week, I asked for some sort of proof it had shipped. They said give them 3-5 business days.
This is a scam, guys.
Now I have to go through disputing this $250 charge.

Super fast shipping, great price, great quality and CS even contacted me to check if everything arrived well and if I like it. Definitly buying this brand again!
