Excelente!

Slow delivery but I loved the jacket I got, it fit well.

So I was looking for a new winter coat, and the local stores weren't well stocked, so I took a chance on this Facebook add for David Outwear. My coat is stylish and warm. The zipper broke in three months, but they sent me a new one for the cost of shipping ($15) even though I was past the 30 day warranty. Customer service was prompt and polite. So far a pretty good company. We'll see if coat number 2 holds up.

Ordered 2 jackets (Fleece Biker Jacket). I wasn't expecting a premium product considering the low price (about €100 each), but I was at least expecting decent quality considering the reviews I've read. But don't be fooled. This is the level of quality you'd expect from SHEIN etc. Really poor fabric and poor fit (I'm medium built but quite tall).

Then comes the really annoying part: It took almost 3 weeks to receive the products and their return policy says you have to return within 30 days of ORDERING. Not receiving, but ordering. That's bullshit.

On top of that: Before returning you have to mail them and await their confirmation. It took nearly a week to get that confirmation. They didn't even reply to my first e-mails. I had to send a bunch of reminders. When I finally got the confirmation I had 2 days left to make the return, and I had take care of the return and shipping procedure myself. No return label, no nothing. Just an address to a private person in Boston, U.S.A. My local post office estimated a shipping cost (with tracking) of about €50 (from Sweden). Considering the impression I've gotten from their support so far I fully expect them to not accept the return even if I send it today (last day). My gut feeling tells me I'll never see a penny returned. So I'm just cutting my losses now and donating the jackets to local charity.

Tl;dr: Poor products. Worse customer support. Avoid this company.

Easy to place order. Sizes are spot on. Service and deliver is good.

Great product, and a very speedy service.

Companies return policy is full of shit! Giving you 30 days from date of order. One of my orders took exceptional long since arriving straight from China and took 25 days! After trying to return 2 out of 5 items of this shipment a week later, they told me NO since out of policy. I just shopped for more than $350 bucks placing three orders in the same month. No customer appreciation. After heavily complaining via mulitple emails, the provided a $40 code for next order. I dont want to oder again, I want the money back for the items I want to return. I doubt this is in compliance with German laws, never buy anything again at David Outwear!

I ordered a fleece bikers jacket. I needed to own one leather jacket that looks great and feels great too and I should say that this jacket meets all my requirements. The size is perfect, it feels so comfortable and great. It is exactly what I saw on their website and I am getting the compliments. I am certain I will buy another one soon from the same company. Although delivery took longer than expected but I received it in perfect condition and decently packaged.

Postage was slower than expected; they arrived as displayed, very comfortable from day one and look great.

Product quality far from acurate. After sales not willing to comply with the return of the item, even when it was within the specified timeframe. Luckily it was bought via paypal and was able to retrieve the money.

This is the second jacket I ordered in both jackets were excellent very comfortable lightweight and very stylish

I saw the fb ad for David Outwear and gave it a shot. This jacket and gloves were peaking my interest and the prices were pretty decent for the exclaimed quality.

I live in western Canada and 11 days later only i get my delivery. Well packaged my two items were with a separate packaging to create a water and pretty much vapor barrier for travel.

I try on this jacket, dark green survival cotton jacket, and it is amazing. The weight, the softness, the quality, everything. I gotta say that with other jackets I have had my wallet fall out of my pockets so many times when I sit down and to finally have a jacket where they can't, is a relief. I bring this jacket over to my buddies and told him the price, he says no way and that I stole this jacket if that's what I paid. Not that I want everyone wearing the same jacket as me but I give credit where credit is due and David delivered.

The gloves as well, amazing. Long time ago I purchased from another company gloves that were very similar and David Outwear has put in more time to make their gloves outshine. The stitching is sound, the hook and loop on the velcro is solid, the knuckle padding is aggressive and the fit is... like a glove.. honestly, if that is what you want then you must get these.

I write this review in thanks to this company delivering a jacket I am proud to show off.

Fantastic product.

I purchased a Fleece Biker Jacket for my husband for Christmas. Within two months, the seam under the left arm had come apart. My husband is always very careful with his belongings, so we are sure this was due to poor craftsmanship. When we contacted the company, we were told the 30-day return policy had expired and nothing would be done. We are very disappointed in the quality and customer service of David Outerwear. We will not be purchasing from them again, nor would we recommend them.

I'm really happy with the jacket. It's soft and fits great. Customer service was amazing too and they're very responsive when you have questions. Highly recommended!
