I cannot provide enough praise for the DASH team and I'm really enjoying my Cowboy 3. The process of signing up for my company was made easier by the support of the DASH team. David the co-founder (absolute gentleman) was available on the other end of the phone or by email in the initial phase to assist with getting my company on board.
I tried out the bike options and got first-hand opinions from staff that were using the different bikes already. Their advice was right on the money and I've had my Cowboy 3 for 10 weeks now.
I commute 10 miles each way for 5 days a week and it's made my journey enjoyable again despite the change in weather. My journey is 10 mins quicker and the journey is easier so I'm not picking up as many colds/flu/sniffles. Now I plan on riding to work all through winter, I save money on travel and I beat the tube strikes =)
Originally, I bought into a 6-month contract but that will be extended as I couldn't imagine going back to my push bike.
I couldn't rate this team, company, and bike highly enough. I love what they are trying to do with their company from a mission and values perspective. I'm looking forward to watching them getting people active and moving around London for many years to come!

DASH is a great concept and I’m glad my employer is working with them - the bikes are an affordable alternative to the tube and the model I have is excellent. It’s substantial so I feel safe and the battery lasts ages. They’ve thought of everything (lock, helmet etc) and everyone I’ve spoken to from the team have been helpful and friendly. I’m so pleased!

I took delivery of my Metro folding bike in September. I wanted a folding bike as it would be easier to store in my hallway as I didn't want to leave an electric bike outside the house at night .I was going to buy a Raleigh folding bike but this one is much sturdier and so comfortable to ride and am delighted with it .Chris and Tom at DASH are so helpful and no question is too much trouble for them . There was a small issue with my bike this week that was fixed the same day .The service the company offers is fantastic because my worry buying an electric bike from a high street retailer would be if there was an issue they would struggle with any maintenance issues which is why this scheme is so much more attractive .My commute is soo much faster , cheaper and cleaner for the environment which is fantastic . I would never go back to public transport . I can't recommend this company enough .

My experience with Dash Rides has been very positive. From the moment they delivered, I expressed concerns over burst shock absorber, and within 2 hours they picked up the bike to have it looked at then returned with a new bike for me to use. I have used my bike 5 days a week and accumulated over 500 miles so far. I will be extending my contract.

Big ups to Dash Rides. We were coming over to UK from NZ for 5 weeks to visit family and were looking for ebikes to hire. While our request didn't fit with Dash's business model, they were the only company that responded with a reasonable offer to fit our needs. They couldn't have been more helpful or accommodating. They are awesome people to work with.
We bought a bike trailer to ferry our grandchildren. The bikes Dash offered were ideal for the purpose. The kids have loved going out biking out with us.

Incredible experience with Dash rides from the demo of the different models at my office to the delivery to my front door.

The team are all so friendly, professional and really enthusiastic about what they do. Answered all my many questions very patiently and even bought an extra bike to my house for my wife to try out.

Since getting the bike am riding it most days - and errands like going to the local shops are now lot more fun. Also have been using the bike to have some quality "me time" doing things like exploring the countryside near the house, take the bike to my local swimming pool or gym or even just finding somewhere new to have a coffee.

Its my new "meditation on wheels".

I have had a Dash eBrompton for six months and can only offer superlatives about DASH. They expalin it all clearly and then deliver on the support I need for my bike. Brilliant service and products!

I am having great time with bike. Excellent service to set up, I am saving an hour everyday than public transport. Dash is a Great company to go with good value of the money. Services has been wonderful so far.

Dash have been really helpful in setting up the project with us and also helping the employee with their bike. They delivered it and then quickly solved a small technical issue - They worked really hard to make it easy for us to implement - and the bikes are amazing
