Daraz Bangladesh Arvostelua

Daraz.com.bd delivering wrong/fake product. I ordered 2 joggers from there website and when I got the products in my hand it was completely different then what I ordered. Also the return option is not customer friendly. There is a lots of Hassle to return a product.
I don't recommend anybody to purchase anything from daraz.com.bd

Marketplace is full of scammers... stay away.

Not that good as a brand should be as they claim they are #1. Their service quality is like a third class online shop price is very higher than original. Their delivery system is not that bad. But the price is irrelevant.

one of the worst websites on the earth for shopping online in Bangladesh. Worst service.

Very trustful site. I have bought about 50 Products. My experience was very good.
You just have to avoid these fake sellers in Daraz.

দারাজের মত ফালতু আর ভুয়া অনলাইন শপ বোধকরি বাংলাদেশে আর নেই।

They couldn't deliver within 15km distance in 12 days. Apparently I gotta wait 3 more days so that they can cover 1km each day! Worst service ever!

Product quality is not good at all. They show one product and deliver others.

Worst of the Worst....Never buy products from them....80% Bad reviews...It means something try not to scam people with your worst service.

I order something and they dont even deliver it, what a service.

Just now I receive my product and I am fully satisfied and so happy for your product... I got same which I ordered... Thank you so much Daraz Team....💝👍

I will never use Daraz's service again!.
The company is based of mis-representations and fake items. It does not take responsibility for the items and customers.
They say you can return the item but will not give the money back. They say they will give you voucher instead. Why would i need voucher items for? To buy another of their fake items.
I thought they were good and ordered many things online. I am very angry that all their items are fake, lies and terrible service in total. They should be ashamed of their themselves.
STOP USING DARAZ
STOP USING DARAZ
STOP USING DARAZ unless u enjoy being disappointed.
But why would they care as long as they get their money. Such a sham company,

Daraz does not care for the customers! They have fake reviews and customers get run around when they are not happy with the purchase.

this is the fusking Shopping site in Bangladesh

Just worst worst worst

Very unprofessional customer care. An agent stooped chatting in the middle of chat when I told her she was repeating same message again and again. She stopped chatting.
