This is one of the best transaction sites in Bangladesh. Almost all people in Bangladesh use bKash to make transactions. They have agents everywhere in Bangladesh. Their support team provides 24-hour service to solve any problem. Using this site, you can make money transactions, bill payments, payments, etc. within minutes. I like their service very much.

This company is good at having two-factor authentication.
But in some fraud cases, it doesn't help.
One customer lost 10,000 taka, possibly by pressing the wrong button. The company asking for money was not well-known. After sending the money, the person realised his mistake. But on ringing the recipient a dozen times didn't get any response. On live chat with a Bkash agent, no support was received about getting the ID of the recipient. BKash just said you use your pin carefully, don't share it with anyone. But the question here is to know the identity of the recipient to enquire their motive and to get the return, as no service was provided or no goods were sold.

I'm frustrating while using this app. Login does not work properly. It's annoying. Login and registration process is very difficult. This app is not user friendly.

Day by day it getting worse. Now you have to pay a lot of fee for internal transfers like send money. This is not ideal. It became costly. You have to pay 5 tk for sending 50 tk . Like seriously ? is this the kind of service we want?

খুবই বাজে কাস্টমার সার্ভিস ৭দিন সময় নিচে আমার রিচার্জ এর টাকা ১২ দিনেও কোন সমাধান নাই।ম্যাসেজ করলেই বলে কম্পলেন করা আছে অপেক্ষা করুন।পালতু একটা সার্ভিস বিকাশ।

THey are real scammers .They assist people with fraud,I am sending them evidence with proof screenshots that via your platform I got stripped of they just closing chats and turn off the phone. Never ever use their services.

bKash is a joke when it comes to digital banking. It's 2025 and they still don’t have a basic online login portal. Just a clunky mobile app and outdated USSD codes—are you kidding me? This is supposed to be a leading fintech company? It’s lazy, short-sighted, and downright frustrating. Not everyone wants to do everything on a phone. No account management from a browser, no transaction tracking on a big screen—nothing. It's clear bKash doesn’t care about user convenience or proper digital infrastructure. Step it up or get left behind.

Does not work as advertised. Does not work in the US. The company can’t even deliver the verification code to your phone to begin with. Customer service is no help either- all you get is a standard form reply, no real-time solution. A junk of a service that is unusable with a junkier customer service. I don’t know how the app made it to the Apple App Store!

আমি payoneer থেকে bkash-এ টাকা withdraw করেছি, payoneer- বিকাশ কে পেমেন্ট করেছে কিন্তু bkash আমাকে টাকা দেয়নি, নোট: withdraw করার কিছু সময় পর টাকা এড হয় বিকাশে। আমি অনেকবার সাপোর্টের সাথে যোগাযোগ করেছি, কিন্তু কোন সমাধান নেই এবং আজ তারা বলেছে, তারা আমার টাকা দিতে পারবে না এবং কারণ সঠিকভাবে বলছে না... টাকার পরিমান হয়তো কম, কিন্তু আমার টাকা কোথায় !! 🥺🥺 বিকাশ ম্যানেজমেন্টের দৃষ্টি আকর্ষণ করছি।।
