Dan Thomas & Co Arvostelua

What a great Estate Agents. From first meeting with Dan, a naturally likable and trustworthy guy, to receiving constant updates at all stages from Claire and Lorraine, the service was first class from beginning to end. I would highly recommend giving this independent agent a chance over the bigger, less personal corporates in the area.

I would not hesitate in recommending Dan Thomas and his team to prospective sellers and purchasers of properties. Very professional, helpful and efficient and this made the whole process of selling so much easier for me. Many thanks.

We had a wonderful experience when we asked Dan thomas & co to sell our home and cannot recommend them enough!
From our first meeting with Dan we knew he was the man to help us sell our first home, he really listened and answered our many questions.
Lorraine and Claire were absolutely amazing and went over an beyond what we ever expected them too, nothing was too much trouble.
We would highly recommend Dan thomas & co if you want a positive, caring and personal experience in selling your home.

"I would like to thank everyone at Dan Thomas & Co for their excellent work, professionalism, kindness and understanding through the sale of my home. Also for their patience, specially on those occasions when I must have asked what could have been construed as pretty 'silly' questions. I would highly recommend Dan Thomas & Co and would definitely use them again in the future. Many many thanks again for everything, you were brilliant!"

Would highly recommend Dan and the team as they go above and beyond for their clients. They were very accommodating and often arranged last minute viewing for me when I was looking to buy. My purchase through them fell through due to market conditions but Dan kept me fully informed and was always available for any questions I had. They provide a much more personal service than most estate agent, and don’t give the usual corporate estate agent response. Their local knowledge makes a huge difference and makes you feel confident in their abilities. I dealt with a LOT of estate agents during my sale and purchase and they were by far the easier the contact and to get a straight answer from. Highly recommend Dan, Claire and rest of the team.

We highly recommend the services of Dan and his team. Throughout the process Dan and his team were extremely professional, courteous and helpful. They knew the local area well so we’re able to find buyers for our property quickly. Communication from the team was always quick and their advice extremely helpful. We would have no hesitation recommending them to friends and family. Than you all.

This local agent has great reviews so we decided to market my mothers bungalow with them as well as being local they were very professional, and as we live overseas we dealt mainly by email and found the whole process to be very easy with quick and professional replies to any queries. We dealt mainly with Claire and Dan both of whom we found very good and explained everything very clearly. If your looking to buy or sell a property in the Longfield area we would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Really happy with Dan Thomas and his colleagues they sold our property for us with no hassles and very quick.
Very professional and always kept us updated.
Would highly recommend and would definitely use again.
Thank you 😊

Quick and helpful, understanding to me needs

Dan and his team couldn’t have been more professional, helpful and courteous throughout the whole purchasing process and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone buying or selling.

We have recently purchased a property with Dan Thomas & Co as the selling agent.
During the purchase process the support from Dan and the team was exemplary. They were professional, proactive and excellent communicators. Dan consistently went the extra mile and the result was a quick, efficient and stress free experience.
Based on my experience I cannot recommend highly enough.

We completed on our property on September 2nd 2022. We cannot thank Dan and his team enough for all their support. The process wasn't always easy. Dan and his team were always there reassuring and offering advice and support. They really care about their clients. They are extremely honest which is refreshing in this industry. They're quick to respond to any queries. They came highly recommended by family and did not disappoint. Thanks Dan Claire Lorraine and Jo for looking after us so well.

We choose a property to buy through Dan Thomas & Co and decided to engage Dan and his team to simultaneously sell our property. It was the best decision. With their advice we had an open day which attracted a strong number of viewers which resulted in 4 offers, with one accepted having taken further advice from Dan. This professional and proactive approach will helped navigate what can be a stressful process.

We bought a property that was sold by Dan Thomas and co. and had an excellent experience of a buyer of theirs! By far the best estate agent I’ve ever dealt with, very professional and friendly, no problem too small! Answers the phone every time and responds to emails very quickly. Open and honest about enquiries. Mainly dealt with Dan himself or Claire who were both brilliant. If we sell, we would feel confident using this estate agent!

I honestly cannot rate Dan Thomas & Co highly enough! Especially the lovely Claire! You guys went above and beyond and supported us the whole way through a really tricky buy/ sale. These guys were my sellers agent (& did a better job than my own), they followed up every email and every phone call and made the whole process run as smoothly as possible. Their communication, professional manner and rapport with customers are exceptional. If ever I move again I will most definitely be tapping on their door.
We can never thank you enough for all your hard work, we are extremely grateful.
Thank you for my beautiful flowers & bubbly too, that was so unexpected and so so kind.
As written before... I cannot recommend them high enough!
Thank you

I am so happy I picked Dan Thomas & CO they have taken the stress out of selling my house.
Being a rather small company I was treated as an individual and in such a professional manner.
From Dan giving me a competitive but accurate valuation and Jo showing buyers round and locking in a price days after the viewings.
Claire worked on the communication and paperwork through to completion....she deserves a medal as she remained calm and professional even when we were up against it.
thanks again
Jackie

I recently sold my house with this company. It was my first time, selling a house. Dan and colleagues guided me through the whole sale. Sold my house very quickly. Excellent customer service. Friendly and professional.

Great service from these guys from start to finish, our home buying process ran very smoothly and swiftly. The team are good at keeping you informed & get the job done efficiently and quickly. Look no further for good service and a great team to deal with,

We were very impressed with Dan Thomas from the outset as Dan set himself above the local competition with his fresh attitude to property sales and his honest advice on the marketing approach.

During the sale process both Dan and Clare were consistently professional and really applied themselves to overcome any challenges that came our way.

Communication is always going to be key for a successful sale and so it was always reassuring to have Dan and Clare available at the other end of the line.

We thank them both for their hard work and commitment to our sale and we would love to work with them again in the future.

Claire, Joanne and Dan was very helpful throughout our experience with Dan Thomas and Co.
Although there were complications we would like to personally thank Claire for her honesty and transparency from start to finish.
Highly recommended.
