Dan Thomas & Co Arvostelua

Highly professional and very helpful from the start, Couldn't recommend more.

The communication from the team was always quick and up to date.

Made our first time buying so much easier than expected, truly felt the team were there to support us all the way.

A company with a marvellous ethos and integrity. No hard sell - just honest advice. You don’t feel like just a client on the books. Dan has a great team. Claire, Jo and Lorraine all proved invaluable.

Dan, Claire and Jo at Dan Thomas & Co looked after us so well during our very lengthy and complex purchase. They were all very friendly and patient and went the extra mile to make sure we got our dream home. Towards the end we were emailing them almost every day and they were always quick to reply. We would definitely recommend them!

Dan and his team handled the sale of a potentially tricky property with the upmost sensitivity, care, efficiency and friendliness from start to finish. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home.

Such a lovely team at DanThomas&Co! Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend!

I would have no hesitation in recommending Dan Thomas and Co. There was no heavy sales patter, just really excellent customer service, and fantastic communication throughout the whole process right through to completion which was much appreciated!

I approached Dan Thomas for a valuation on my father's property, along with 2 of the High Street chains. It was immediately clear than Dan was the man to go with. His approach was much more personal from the start. He was honest in his valuation and gave details for his suggested plan of action. I felt immediately at ease and felt I could trust him and his team to deliver. And they did! Within a week of asking him to sell the property the photos and details were done and an open house viewing arranged with 20 viewings and a substantial number of offers. (Thank you Jo!) I was kept informed all the way through by phone or personal WhatApp messages.
After the offer was accepted there were some delays which was absolutely no fault of the agent. All I can say is they never put the case to one side, chase ups and follow ups were conducted by Claire and I was updated weekly. As we neared exchange and completion the contact was maintained.
This was probably the best service I have ever had in dealing with Estate agents! Should I ever need to sell my own property I would not hesitate to use them again and would recommend them in a heartbeat. Being an independent they offer much more personal service. This was a difficult sale for me as my father had passed away, but I cannot thank them enough for their professionalism and their care of me as a client.

We would highly recommend Dan Thomas and Co. We felt they was a very professional, friendly A* estate agent, which can be hard to find these days.
The service we received was so personal and first class we didn’t feel like we was dealing with a company, just a friend!
We felt Dan went above and beyond to accommodate our requests and offered some great advice and solutions. We really felt we was never doing this alone. Those late night, weekend texts of information and advice which was always honest and transparent always put the nerves and anxiety at bay.
It has been a pleasure dealing with you Dan and we wish you all the best with your business in the future.

We are super grateful for all your help Dan. Late night emails, texts, updates and chasing. Very professional, reassuring and made the stressful times that little bit more bearable. You’ve answered any questions no matter how big or small. Claire and Jo your have been amazing too. Your award of Best Estate Agent is truly deserved. We wish Dan Thomas and Co all the luck in the world for future house sales. Thank you. 🏡.

Dan Thomas & team are first rate. 10/10 for communication and customer service. They gave detailed and thorough feedback when we were selling our house. Highly recommend and hugely professional.

We recently sold our first home with Dan Thomas and Co. and we couldn’t be more impressed. From valuation, to viewings, to the progression during the sale, the whole team were professional, efficient, and easy to work with.

I would highly recommended selling your property with Dan Thomas and Co.

Thank you so much Dan, Claire and Jo for all your hard work and getting our sale through so quickly!

It is often said that moving house is the most stressful thing you’ll do. We didn’t relish the thought of the process before we set out. All the usual cynicisms came to mind about estate agents. But we are so glad that we decided to book Dan Thomas & Co to sell our cottage.
Even from our initial call to them, we could tell they were going to treat us with the utmost respect. There was none of the schmooze that is sometimes heard from other estate agents. Dan visited us and genuinely took time to listen to our apprehensions and was completely honest and transparent throughout, he really put our minds at rest and, only after we were happy and understood all aspects of the process, set out a plan of action, of which we felt that we had been totally in control of that plan and any decisions made.
Dan introduced us to his colleagues, Jo and Claire, who were equally as helpful, friendly and honest, indeed the whole team were always readily contactable and would always call exactly when they said they would and kept us fully updated throughout.
Claire was very professional and liaised with the agent handling the property we were buying brilliantly and without fuss. Excellent.
Jo handled all our viewings and visited us prior to these, not only to familiarise herself with our property, but also to make sure she could relay all the information that we wanted to covey to potential buyers. Absolutely brilliant.
Our place was a 200 year old cottage with not much to compare it to regarding a marketing strategy, but Dan Thomas & Co pitched it just right and obtained thirteen viewings in one weekend!
We had five immediate offers above the threshold price and had an agreement within two days. Fantastic.
This goes to show how the viewers were impressed not only with the cottage, but I’m sure with the way they were treated by our agent.
Contrary to the usual cynical view of estate agents, this was completely stress free.
We feel we were given good trustworthy advice and care from start to finish and will definitely recommend Dan Thomas & Co to anyone.

Great service received from Dan and his team - would highly recommend. As a first time buyer they helped with any questions I had and helped to guide me through the process. They were very friendly and would always respond quickly to my emails. Thanks for your help!

We have been so pleased with the professional service provided by Dan Thomas and Co. Dan, Claire and Jo have been so professional and approachable throughout the whole process. We bought and sold with Dan and his team and could not recommend them enough!

Just amazing… friendly, professional, efficient and so so kind. I would definitely recommend to everyone… have a look at my experience on Dan’s reviews page… I cannot thank the whole team enough for all their hard work. I’ll certainly use them when I’m ready to buy.
Thank you
