Dan Thomas & Co Arvostelua

We had a fantastic experience. The team work as a whole to ensure you know what is happening with each step of the selling process, avoiding unnecessary stress. Totally professional, friendly and reassuring. We would absolutely recommend Dan Thomas and his team, with special thanks to Nick Oakley.

Our experience of using Dan Thomas & Co to sell the house of our aunt was nothing but positive. Their service was first class throughout being professional, pro active and in constant communication with my brother and myself.
From our initial meeting with Dan, who deserves a special pat on the back for running an excellent team, we were fully supported by Sharon, Lorraine and Claire.
Many thanks to all.

I would highly recommend Dan Tomas &co Estate Agents. From the start they have been very professional, informative and friendly. My house had interest very quickly and I was kept fully informed at all stages.
A special mention to Nick, Lorraine and Marisa who were always positive, efficient and kind.

Dan Thomas & Co gave us an amazing experience from start to finish of the sale of our new home. Despite a couple bumps in the road, we were reassured and guided enabling our experience to be that much better! We highly recommend Dan Thomas & Co and their exceptional team! Thank you to Sharon, Dan, Lorraine, Larisa, Abi and Naomi, we now have our dream home.

Dan Thomas & Co have been both the letting agency for my tenancy and estate agent for my property purchase. Abi and Nick were both so helpful, knowledgeable and efficient in helping guide me through all the processes - really grateful to have had such a dedicated team!
Definitely would recommend Dan Thomas & Co!

We had such a great experience with this estate agent. The team were genuinely friendly, approachable, and always on hand to help, especially Marisa & Nick. One thing that really stood out was how they set up a WhatsApp group to keep us in the loop. We were always updated on viewings, who the potential buyers were, and what was happening next. It made the whole process feel really personal and stress-free. We felt well looked after from start to finish and would happily recommend them to anyone who is selling their property. Will be using them again in the future!

I had a really positive experience selling my property with Dan Thomas & Co. The property marketing strategy was well put together. The biggest compliment would be around the communication which was always very proactive from the whole team throughout the viewing and progression process. Using a group messaging function meant that I could easily ask questions and answer any questions from prospective buyers. I felt kept in the loop at all times. I would certainly use again in the future and recommend to friends.

Absolutely fantastic service from Dan and all the team - house on the market, sold and completed in under 3 months which was incredible. The communication between the team was exceptional, viewers were quality proceedable clients not day trippers and Abi, Naomi,Sharon, Claire, Lorraine and Dan kept us up to date with every step of the way, even arranging calls with the lovely Marissa :) when were over 10,000 miles away. Cannot thank or recommend Dan THomas & Co enough - just fab.

Such an incredible experience selling our property with Dan Thomas & Co. We were very nervous as it was our first time selling so we were not confident on the process. The whole team were very helpful and explained everything throughly. Marisa agreed our sale and was very helpful when assisting us with offers and understanding the market. Sharon assisted us with the sale progression and was great with providing updates when we needed answers quickly. We found the WhatsApp group very helpful during the whole process. We were so pleased with our experience and will definitely recommend and use this company in future.

We recently sold a property through this estate agent and couldn’t be happier. From start to finish the team was efficient, professional and incredibly helpful. Communication was excellent throughout and we felt supported and well informed. They are a great company to deal with and I would highly recommend them. Thank you again for a positive experience.

Dan Thomas & Co are the best Estate agents I have dealt with. The level of service from Abi, Marisa and the entire sales progression team deserve more than 5 stars. No one was ever pushy, they were all down to earth and made everything so clear and easy for us. I would highly recommend this team!

We have just sold a property with Dan Thomas & Co.
We were offered an absolutely fantastic service from start to finish from all the team.
They kept us in touch with everything that was going on all the way down the line and we cannot thank them enough.
Special thanks to Dan, Abi, Claire, Naomi, Marisa, Lorraine and Sharon.
Fantastic service!

Really pleased that we chose Dan Thomas and his team to help with renting and then ultimately selling our property. Claire and her colleagues gave us all the support we needed during the rental period backed up by Dan. Dan and Sharon ensured the sale proceeded smoothly. Thank you all for all your support. Would definitely recommend. Thank you

We were originally renting through Dan Thomas and Co and then proceeded to buy said property so we’ve experienced both the renting and selling side of the business and could not fault either. Dan and his team are incredibly professional and simply fantastic at what they do, we could not recommend them more.

I have no hesitation in recommending Dan Thomas Estate Agents for the very professional way they sold my house. From the beginning everything was explained explicitly, and the Team were friendly and kept me updated right up to completion.

5 stars is not enough to reward Dan Thomas & Co for the service to their clients.
It’s difficult to find an estate agency that is honest and transparent in today’s market. Look no further if you are in the local area and deciding who to choose for one of the most important situations you find yourself in throughout life.
It’s clear to see why Dan Thomas deserves the respect in the local area as his staff are a reflection of his success.
Lorraine agreeing the sale and Sharon and Claire for the sales progresssion. Their team coordination is impeccable and really make sellers feel at ease during the sale of their home.
Well done to Dan Thomas and Co for making a stressful time seem enjoyable, just like it should be.

Dan Thomas & Co, have been fantastic! When we were looking around for estate agents we always check the reviews and saw that theirs were really good. We were not dissapointed! One thing that's important for me is communication and they kept us informed every step of the way and worked really hard liaising with everyone in the chain. We had a few hiccups along the way with the chain, but Lorraine & Sharon pulled out all of the stops to keep us informed with very good advice and knowledge as well. It doesn't usually feel like you get value for money when moving but with this move I actually feel that we've had really good value for our money!
Thanks again to Dan and the team

I would recommend Dan Thomas to anybody with my eyes closed . Every person is extremely efficient, caring and nothing is too much for them . I have just boughten my property and Sharon, Marisa and Claire went an extra mile for me and they were for me at any time of the working hours . I am very grateful to these ladies for making the whole experience much easier , so I did not have as much stress .

What can we say… 7 months in and we finally have our keys to our beautiful new home! We met the team when we found our new house a few doors down and had to move heaven and earth to sell our house in order for us to buy the one we wanted! Throughout both purchase and sale process - Dan, Lorraine, Marisa, Claire, Abi, Naomi and Sharon all supported us through the ups and downs of the house buying and selling rollercoaster!

There was great communication from the beginning not only with us but with each other, a real personal touch and nothing was too big of an ask to get the best outcome possible for us. We couldn’t have done it without them and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Thanks so much guys!

I can not thank Dan Thomas & Co estaste agents enough on the sale of my property. They were very professional and caring in every step. I would especially like to thank Abi who was my first contact very friendly and made me feel welcome. Also big massive thanks goes to Sharon who was very professional with every step getting me over the finishing line.

I had a lovely surprise when I went to pick up the keys and I was given a hamper. That was lovely and very throughtful.
