We recently completed on our sale of our home through Dan Thomas & Co and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From the very beginning, the whole team played a valuable role throughout the process, being proactive and supportive right until the end of completion. Their communication was clear and consistent, and I always felt informed and reassured.

I would 100% recommend Dan Thomas & Co to anyone looking to sell their property. A fantastic team delivering excellent results.

Thank you to ALL at Dan Thomas & Co

10/10 for Dan Thomas and co,I was very impressed with the professionalism of Dan and the team who managed to get a buyer for my house in 3 days! Special mention for Lorraine who kept me instantly informed of any updates and Sharon for her expertise in sales progression. Probably the best estate agents around, so happy I chose them and would highly recommend.

I have worked with Dan on a number of issues. He is very easy to deal with, quick to respond to emails and his knowledge of the local market is exceptional. He provided an accurate valuation on my mother's house without inspecting it. Keep up the good wok Dan!

I want to praise Marisa Morales. She took my husband and I on a tour, of our newly purchased property, back in November. I loved her from the moment we met. So full of life, and such great energy. I got very positive vibes from her. She was like my twin. Marisa was great throughout the process, quickly dealing with any concerns that we had. Nothing was too much for her. She was always happy to assist us. Marisa in my opinion, is an exceptional employee. I am grateful to have met her, and intend to stay in contact with her, as I believe we have built up a great rapport between one another. Thank you for everything Marisa Morales. You are truly an amazing woman.

Dan's knowledge and advice was so beneficial in the sale of Mum's bungalow. Dan and the whole team, Claire, Sharon & Marisa guided and supported us through the whole process, keeping us informed at every stage with their approachable, friendly and informative assistance. Thank you.
We would highly recommend Dan Thomas & Co as a reliable & professional team.

Dan has a wealth of experience and knowledge, he understands and values your needs and tailors his advice to this, he is helpful and realistic… he thinks outside the box to get you what you need!

We recently used Dan Thomas and Co. for our move and were thoroughly impressed with their service. A special mention must go to Lorraine, who was our main point of contact. From the very beginning, Lorraine was incredibly helpful and kind, always going the extra mile to assist us. What truly stood out was her constant and informative communication throughout the entire process. We were never left wondering what was happening, and her updates were always timely and clear. Lorraine's professionalism and genuine care made a potentially stressful time much easier. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dan Thomas and Co., particularly if you have the pleasure of working with Lorraine.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Dan Thomas & Co and we couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From the very beginning, the whole team: Dan, Claire, Lorraine, Sharon, Marisa and Abi were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive.
Dan Thomas & Co provided expert guidance throughout the process, whether it was arranging viewings or answering our questions, they handled everything with efficiency and transparency.
They kept us informed at every stage, making what could have been a stressful process feel seamless.

John, Paul and the Bassant Family

Had a couple of quieres this morning that Claire Saunders from Longfield helped me with, she was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly, thankyou Claire

We needed a valuation for probate and Dan was very sympathetic and extremely helpful. He explained what we needed to do and we got the valuation very quickly. Thank you Dan.

From start to finish may experience with Dan Thomas & Co was excellent. The staff are very professional and friendly, especial Abi who made my purchase of my new property smooth and easy.
I definitely recommend them as an excellent Estate Agents.

Working with Dan and all the team was great. Claire was very involved and did everything possible to make sure the sale stayed on track.
Dan was always available for discussions about marketing strategy and for giving us advice, even giving up his evenings to catch up with us.
We were very pleased with the service provided and happily recommend Dan Thomas and Co!

Lorraine Cooper showed us a property to buy at Gravesend in Jan'25 . She has been an absolutely pleasure right from explaining about the property over the phone , booking viewing promptly, providing all details ahead and during the viewing , took all our questions during the viewing and clarified the same day . She also kindly followed up the day after viewing to ensure we have all details to make a decision . Lorraine has been friendly , patient and highly knowledgeable and professional throughout the process.

I am currently viewing several properties via many agents before making a decision , and have bought 3 properties in the past, but I can say for sure that Lorraine is the best estate agent I have met to date with great customer obsession. She is an asset to your company and I wish her all success.

Regardless of which property I decide to buy this time, I would recommend your company to my friends and family because of Lorraine's service .

All the staff at Dan Thomas have been fantastic from start to finish of the proses. Their communication has been outstanding with a professional and assertive approach.

The house was sold in a very timely manner and meet all our expectations.

Outstanding service from Dan and his team at Dan Thomas & Co. We appointed Dan’s company to market our 18th Century Grade II listed barn. We was recommended to us by friends who had just sold their property through him and we are so glad we listened to their advice - we were initially just going to approach better known Agents or those who specialise in premium / unique properties. From the very outset Dan impressed us with his knowledge and advice - even before we officially appointed him he was advising on how to market the property and at what price point to make sure we got maximum attention. The initial marketing material produced by Dan was amazing and professional and his write up really captured everything we had “downloaded” on to him. We truly appreciated the level of ongoing support and communication throughout the process - far more than we have ever experienced with other Agents and the level of personal attention we had - Dan and his team (Sharon and Claire in particular) were always on hand and often communicating with us in advance of us asking for a progress update. Dan vetted the interested parties and in the end we only had 3 or 4 visits before we “sold”… we sold within the first month and with two interested parties managed to achieve the exact price we set out to achieve. The exchange and completion process was protracted, but again Dan and his team were tenacious and really kept the momentum up for all parties and again regularly communicated with us. For the first and only time we genuinely felt like we got value for money from the service provided. Other Estate Agents have a lot to learn if they are going to catch up with Dan and his team. Dan Thomas & Co. deserve their future success and we are delighted to have chosen them for such an important sale - we are now able to retire to the sun!

Unprofessional and incompetent.

Update: absolutely not an illegitimate review.

I went to Dan Thomas after a poor experience with another Estate Agent. Dan Thomas & Co were recommended to me and I'm so glad I went with them.
Dan isn't a pushy sales person but someone who gives you the facts about your property and doesn't tie you in to a long contract. That says a lot in that they have the incentive to sell your house. Within a week of my house going on the market I had 2 offers.
Lorraine was my main liaison and she was very professional, quick to respond, and pushed to get answers and queries resolved. I believe my buyers even struck a good relationship with her. Thank you Lorraine! The whole team are on hand to keep you updated as well, thank you.
Dan Thomas excel at communicating, which is key as buying and selling a house can be stressful.
Well done to the whole team. I will definitely recommend you. I completed the sale in the timeframe I wanted.

Dan very swiftly helped us with a property valuation we needed doing. This is the second time we have used Dan Thomas & Co and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Highly recommended, very professional.

If we could give more stars we would!
Dan, Claire, Lorraine and Abi are excellent. They supported us so well to sell our late mother’s house. Their advice, commitment and communication methods are excellent and they kept us up to date at all times, guiding us through the stressful process of selling a much loved home. The little things they did and their attention to detail made all the difference.
We would thoroughly recommend them.

I had a fantastic experience dealing with Dan Thomas & Co.

As a first time buyer they helped me in every way possible, answered all my questions. And allowed me multiple visits back to the property whilst the mortgage/paperwork side of things where going through

Marisa & Lorraine thanks for everything
All the best
