Har lige købt DALI IO-4 høretelefoner. Hold da op hvor spiller de imponerende godt. Virkelig en fantastisk oplevelse.

Sound Hub Compact - missing app
I bought the Sound Hub Compact for my Oberon C7 speakers. Was disappointed when I realized it didn’t have a dedicated app for the smartphone. Cause now I’m stuck with notification sounds when streaming.
An app would also create the possibility of changing the turntable volume from my phone. And there for sure would be other bonuses.
I think I have to solve it with a raspberry pie running a separate homemade software to bypass it.
Not the best user interface experience...

Sorry to hear that you had different expectations other than what the product promised. If you have been misinformed, it is very unfortunate.
The larger DALI Sound Hub (not the Compact model) provides app functionality by adding the BluOS module. Perhaps you had these two mixed up.
Furthermore you also have the option to power and connect a Chromecast Audio to the Sound Hub Compact, if you want to get rid of notifications, while playing.
Customer service worst ever
Bought a Dali E9-F which stopped working. Contacted Dali's central support with no response yet, 3 months later and 5 reminders sent. Budget brands offer better service.

We are very sorry to hear about your experience with our service.
If you have any warranty issues with your product, you should always contact your local dealer, as all warranty cases have to go through dealers.
That said, the Covid-19 pandemic has taken its toll on our service department, but we are aware of the situation. This is why we have strengthened our support - adding new people and soon new procedures to follow. Hopefully this will prevent a similar situation from occurring.

Dansk når det er godt, har været med lige fra starten med Dali og hifi klubben og stadig den dag i dag snart de eneste højtalere jeg gider lytte til, dejligt et firma der forstået følge med og holde ved sine købere/lyttere, kun thumbs up herfra

Dali IO-4 headphones....best sounding in 2019
Bought the Dali IO-4 headphones....
In a word the best wireless headphones on the market....had some other Danish ones that were very good, but these are an improvement....the fact battery life is 30 hours in an additional bonus, but ultimately for sound only these are tops....

Thank you for your review. If you bought the IO-4, I'm pleased to tell you, that the battery life is 60 hours. :) It's double the battery life of the IO-6. Enjoy your headphones. :)
Har købt et par Dali IO-6…
Har købt et par Dali IO-6 hovedtelefoner og wow hvor en total dejlig og fed lydoplevelse. Ingen støj trænger ind og der så mange nuancer i musikken, der bliver gengivet perfekt. Brugervenlige og så behagelige at have på. Dejlig gennemførte.
Har også et par Rubicon 6 højttaler samt en P-17 subwoofer. Samme gode kvalitet og lydoplevelse som kendetegner DALI.
God service hos Hi-fi klubben i Odense.

Stunning and beautiful
Own the Dali Epicon 2. They are expensive with stands at £4500 but
they will last a lifetime. The fit and finish is exceptional and the sound is too die for. For a relatively small speaker the bass is astonishing.
Expensive yes, but worth every penny.

The subwoofer provides Decent bass output and is easy to setup I have previously used Dali zensor Centre and surround speakers and for the money you can’t go wrong sound quality is superb, highly recommended
