I have bought one of their higher-end speakers and the acoustic experience has been nothing short of amazing!

Exceptional product quality.

I’ve been a dedicated Dali user for over 10 years, and my journey started with the incredible DALI Mentor 5 speakers, which I still use today. Over the years, I’ve continued to build my setup around Dali because of the clarity, balance, and musicality their speakers consistently deliver.

I recently added the Oberon 7 to my living room setup and have been extremely impressed. In my TV and music room, I use Dali Fazon Sat surround speakers together with the Mentor 5 as my front speakers, the Oberon Vocal as the centre speaker, and the Bass 100 subwoofer. This combination gives me outstanding stereo performance for music with superb clarity, while also delivering an immersive surround experience for movies.

I also use two Dali Zensor 1 speakers in my bedroom, and my son is equally passionate about the brand, using the Dali Zensor 5 and Zensor 7 in his own living and music spaces.

As a family, we are truly hardcore Dali fans and have been absolutely satisfied with the performance, reliability, and sound quality of every Dali speaker we’ve owned.

Ikke særlig rart sted at arbejde, Rengørings vognen var knækket men der blev intet gjort ved det.

Jeg købte et Rubicon anlæg, og selve anlægget har fin betjenings komfort og super lydkvalitet. Men stativerne (Dali connect stand m 601)! Det kan I gøre bedre, Dali. Det kan ikke passe, at det kun skal tage en halv eftermiddag at samle et par højttalerstativer, det kan I bestemt få op på en hel uden vanskeligheder. (Ironi kan forekomme). Spikes limer dårligt og ryger af første gang, man forsøger at flytte stativet, ingen af de to medfølgende nøgler passer til højttalerskruerne, der mangler en skrue osv.

This company goes out of it's way to put in rechargeable batteries that you can't find replacements for unless you go through a dealer who will charge you ridiculous prices for a replacement. I will not encourage this type of behaviour and will not buy Dali products again.

Dali io-4 Cuffie Bluetooth eccellenti, audio top (soprattutto se collegate con cavo 3,5mm), qualità eccellente, batteria inesauribile. Facili e comode da usare, ideali con supporti audio ad alta fedeltà!

Bought some Dali Katch G2 speakers in March 2024 for £350. They were great. Then in November 2024 they stopped working. I had treated them very well and was surprised (they just would not switch on).

The product was under warranty - which I registered - but Dali did not provide me with any warranty documentation.

I tried to get in touch via their website but was told to contact a local dealer. So I looked up a local dealer, Richer Sounds, but was then told by Dali central not to contact them either. Dali central said I should contact Dali UK. So I tried ringing Dali UK up six times. To date Dali UK have still not answered the phone. I have again gotten in touch with Dali central to beg them to give me an email address to talk to. To date I have not heard back from Dali central again.

I have no way of even getting in touch with what is meant to be a premium brand to discuss this defective product. I am forced to conclude that they are aware their products go defective and provide no support for it as a way of maximising profit at the consumer's expense.

Dali UK - if you're out there, please feel free to get in touch!!!

Update: the problem fixed itself (one day the speakers started working again for no apparent reason). After this I did a factory reset and have not had an issue since. Dali also did get in touch and offered to fix it. On this basis I am bumping my review up to 4 (minus 1 b/c of the difficulty with the product and with initially getting in touch). Thank you to everyone who offered to help.

Das Gerät ist in Verbindung mit Apple-Geräten völlig unbrauchbar.
Es treten verschiedene Probleme mit der Lautstärke-Steuerung auf:
1.) Katch geht auf Maximallautstärke,
2.) Katch spielt überhaupt keinen Ton mehr ab,
3.) Steuerung der Lautstärke des Katch über Apple-Gerät funktioniert unvermittelt nicht mehr,
4.) Lautstärke-Steuerung ist generell völlig asynchron mit dem Apple-Gerät (Segment-Anzeige am Katch zur Lautstärke-Anzeige am Apple-Gerät).

Es ist ein einziges Chaos.
Und ein Wunder, dass aufgrund von Problem 1) die Lautsprechertreiber und ich bisher überlebt haben (ich jedesmal vorm Herzinfarkt).

Des Weiteren unterstützt der Katch kein AAC, Apple hingegen kein aptX, so einigen sich die Geräte auf den niedrigsten gemeinsamen Nenner SBC.

Dali Katch und Apple ist in ein No-Go.

Nachtrag: Die Firmware-Version des Dali Katch ist V2.3, also die neueste von Dali bereitgestellte Firmware. Im Laufe der Zeit hat Dali ohne Erfolg an Lautstärkeproblemen herumgebastelt (insbesondere in der V2.2), eventuell alles sogar verschlimmbessert.

I've bought some Stand speakers E-601 from son-video shop in France and there is defective piece, the stand isn't stable. The shop has contacted several time DALI to get an exchange of the piece but no answer since 7 weeks,
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Der var lidt problemer med soundhub og en fjernbetjening der ikke ville forbinde men blev løst med en låne fra hi-fiklubben indtil problemet var løst super kundeservice

Awhile back I bought a pair of Dali Zensor 1s on EBay; Fantastic little speakers. Really, really astonishing. Fluid, natural, enthusiastic, fast, coherent and capable of resolving huge amounts of detail.

So good, I wanted more. The Dali Oberon 1 design, much more expensive, was disappointing - a lesser, more constrained design. Boring, next to the Zensors. I sold them.

Mentor Menuets? Over £1000. Much preferred the Zensors. Sold them, too.

An alarming number of Dali’s high end designs are available on EBay and elsewhere, both new from dealers (presumeably not selling on demonstration) and from disappointed buyers. Nice veneer, shame about the sound?

Dali appears to have lost it’s chief designer. Or he is spread too thin. Many, many designs. At least 5 separate ranges. Mostly a paper and wood-fibre cone and over-sized dome tweeters - I suppose there is a limit to the variations possible with such simple ingredients, and yet Dali really DO have something, particularly with those main drive units.

Yet it is a sorry situation when a £200 discontinued model beats several models higher up in their own range.

Sometimes a simple 2-way bookshelf design is hard to beat, so you could say this is a 5* review, but, if more expensive designs fail to represent a convincing upgrade, or not an upgrade at all, then Dali may be over-reaching.

I would not now look to ANY of their more expensive designs for an upgrade.
I, for one, couldn’t care less about expensive veneers when the sound simply didn’t measure up.

Ærgerligt at Dali nu også er begyndt, at producere deres højttalere i Kina. Så nu skal danskerne til at være arbejdsløse. Der er derfor ingen grund til at købe Dali.

Købte en T-shirt til min søn i julegave 2022. Efter en vask gik trykket i stykker på blusen. Jeg fik tilsendt en ny og den er bare helt i orden. STOR TAK til Dennis Guldbrandsen og DALI, for virkelig god service.

I bought a Dali Universal Wall Bracket set on Dali A/S Shop, choosing (and paying for) shipping via DHL Express. It arrived after 12 days by postal service. In the meantime, having received no news, I wrote two emails but received no response. Nothing to say about the quality of the products, but the shipping and assistance service is very poor.

Super dårlig service.
Jeg har købt tidligere topmodel Dali højttalere for over 196.000 kr.
Dali (som er en del af hi-fi klubben) har lavet en konstruktionsfejl på nogle af de højttalerne i denne serie, som gør, at dome diskanten popper ud efter x antal timer, og derved holder op med at virke.
Denne fejl indrømmer Dali er en produktionsfejl, men Dali og hi-fi klubben krævede stadig 3025 kr for at reparere denne diskant fordi der var gået over de 3 år de giver garanti (hvilket heller ikke er meget indenfor high end hi-fi) jeg har modvilligt betalt denne reparation, men de har ikke gjort det ordentligt, og efter lidt over 4 år, har samme diskant gjort det igen. Nu vil de have over 3400 kr for at rette deres inkompetence. Grunden til der er gået over de 3 år, er at jeg ikke bruger mit lyd rum så meget. Så samlet er det nok sket begge gange efter Ca 500 timers brug.
Lad hver med at handle Dali eller andet fra hi-fi klubben/audio nord.
Og ja DALI og hi-fi klubben er same thing. Ejet af samme firma og har PRÆCIS samme adresse i Nørager. EJET AF SAMME FIRMA.... Og det er nemt at skubbe den over på hi-fi klubben, de gør sjovt nok det samme med jer, og siger det i sidste ende er jer, men det er jo ligegyldigt hvilken hånd man vælger, hvis den tilhører samme person (manden der står for audio nord)
Og Ja det er dali Euphonia. Og ja den er på nuværende tidspunkt +13 år gammel, men ikke da det med diskanten skete første gang, og at den reparerede diskant så igen får samme problem efter små 4 år er jo helt sindssygt, at I så igen vil have KASSEN for at udbedre en af jeres fejl 2 gange i træk. Og til den pris kan man ikke bare få repareret en diskant, du kan købe nogle af de bedste beryllium diskanter der er. Men fusk ligger åbenbart til jer. I jeres beskrivelse af DALI 40 skriver I også, at 4 stk 8" basser giver samme areal som 1 stk 18"..... I har åbenbart ikke hørt om pi gange R² på en god dag vil det give hvad der svarer til 16" og det er uden vi trækker 4x så meget kant ophæng fra.... Men hvis folk ikke selv regner efter, kan I selvfølgelig påstå hvad som helst. Ligesom I gør, når I laver en defekt højttaler, og igen laver en defekt reparation på denne

First of all,I’ve triamped three Dali opticon vocals.I am using a 7.1 sound field.After 10 hours of burn in the transients in these dalis are highly noticeable.Paired to Aventage A6A and mx-5000 power amp,very clean,engulfed you totally.Excited.Well,I’ve,personally got 90 hours of burn in before I go clockwise on db.Doubt I will get close to reference on Dali Oberon 7 series,as it’s loud and clean at -50 db.Hard to believe.Give them a listen.priced slightly up for small centre,but sound more than compensates.remember for serious listening,grills off.Enjoy.I will be writing ✍️ to expand after burn in.

Fist of all I cannot complain at all with Dali’s initial CS, Jodie went out of her way to help, she deserves 5 stars for her manner and helpfulness. Problem lies behind the scenes…..

I purchased a Katch Portable Speaker a few years back, just outside of its warranty it gave up the ghost, 300 quid down the drain. Put it down to experience, bad luck….

Decided to buy another product this time a Katch One Soundbar- Had a few issues with it, eventually they replaced it, no issues for another six months or so, then they started again…. Thought it couldn’t be the speaker again, ended up buying a new Sony Oled TV, yep, you guessed it still had problems. After lengthy emails back and forth with Dali’s Technical Team, changing/adding different cables etc… still no joy, even sent them videos showing the unit cutting out, sound not turning up or down, basically rendering it useless.

Obviously spoke to Sony and they went through various checks, no problem their end( have also tried the unit on a Samsung Set, same issue)

Dali’s stance ‘ we can’t do anything more than we have done, it’s a ‘handshake’ issue between the unit and TV’ They have had issues previously where adding an optical cable solves the problem, didn’t solve mine, so left with a 650 soundbar that isn’t useable. A grands worth of Dali products that I might as well use as doorstops!

I needed a replacement cable/charger for my Dali Katch. The very efficient and helpful sales team replied to emails within a couple of hours. Parcel dispatched by DHL arrived within 24hrs.

Love the Dali Katch. It is a well made premium portable speaker. Great sound / far bigger sound than you would expect and without any distortion. It also looks fantastic and is easy to travel with abs the battery is long. Finally connecting it is so easy just hooks up via Bluetooth and never fails to sync.

J'ai un casque Dali IO6 avec réduction de bruit. Le son est top, la réduction moyenne et les possibilités de paramétrages nulles.
