Not happy with the quality of the watch…
Not happy with the quality of the watch roll I purchased. The velvet-like material covering the watch sleeves started peeling from the seams after about a year and got completely messed up after two years. Would expect these products to last a lot longer.

Great transaction
The watch arrived quickly and was exactly what I ordered and was in excellent condition. My only quibble was there was no option to use FedEx prepay for customs. LuckoI have a FedEx account, so everything went smoothly. Great experience and I would recommend DailyWatch.

Revised Review: Changing Review to 5 Stars
I have received my watch roll and I would like to change my original rating from a 1 to a 4 (see original review below). First I would like to thank the service team at Daily watch who refunded my Express Shipping fee of $15. That’s a solid move. Thank you!
Now to rate the actual watch roll. It’s well made and the “M” shaped pillows work for my size of watch. I feel that this will do an effective job of protecting my watches when traveling. The materials used seem to be of high quality. I’m not sure if it’s leather or really good faux leather. Either way, it feels nice to touch and durable. The button snaps work great. They snap together easily and hold tight. It comes in a nice fabric synch sack, which I will use to protect the roll during travel. Overall I give the watch roll 5 stars. The service dept. also gets 5 starts!
Original Review: I paid extra for express shipping (1-3) business days. Based on shipping information I will not receive my watch roll until 6+ business days. I paid extra so I could have my watch roll prior to a trip I’m taking out of the country. I would not have paid extra if DailyWatch was honest about their shipping. I would like the extra money I paid for express shipping to be refunded. This is not acceptable. I will be happy to change this review assuming the watch roll is good quality and I actually receive it prior to my trip. Until then 1 star. Not cool!

Customer service is awful…I have…
Customer service is awful…I have ordered 2 very expensive Mondani books, and both times they have sent them to a different address. Never using them again. They were sent to Colorado instead of Florida, and I would Email them ahead of time to tell them about their error. Of course, they blamed European holidays…

Disappointed in the experience
Disappointed in the experience. Did not realize that the package was being sourced and sent from Europe. Missed the initial delivery date as listed on the website. Product is not as nice as Won would believe. The interior of the watch roll is inferior to others that I’ve owned. For the price I would’ve expected a better quality product. Overall very disappointed and would not buy again.

Impresive Quality and fast delivery
We were very impressed with the delivery service. The watch case was a gift and it arrrived well in time.
The case is as good as it looks on the web site. The quality of the case is not out of place with the expensive watches it now holds.
