Great Customer Service
Customer service was outstanding. We had issues with the order being shipped but after communication with the team everything was resolved quickly. My watch briefcase quality is unmatched and the single watch travel roll will definitely be getting use!

Where to start..bad quality
Where to start..bad quality. I hate to write this because my past products have been excellent, but the quality of my latest order was horrible.
The left latch on the case doesn't open, the lid can be pulled up ~1/4" even when locked, there are jagged edges on the metal strap posts (cut my finger), and the watch cussions 'crinkle' like they are filled with plastic. Not the ~$513USD product I expected (and nothing like the same case I ordered 6 months ago.. That one at least opened).
I sent an email to support no response yet.
edit: Still haven't got any email response. I've attached photos and videos of my issues in my email to support.

Hi Brian,
Thank you for the review. I would love to see some photos or inspect the case closer, as this doesn’t sound anything like our standard. Please note in any case that you have 2 year warranty and 45 days free return and full refund. I will get back to you on email.
Best regards,
Alex
Luxury item
Well made good looking and I like the orange velvet interior as it goes well with my orange accented omegas. I bought a single roll from a luxury supplier however when putting the watch in it rolled around. Not with dailywatch. Snug and secure no movement. I particularly like the slide style of securing the two watches no chance of movement. Well presented accessory together with the bag to protect the leather case from scuffs

Don't be tempted to go cheaper.
Fantastic. I was so tempted by something less expensive on Amazon, but I knew I'd be trading quality for what? To get it a couple days sooner? In the end shipping was super fast, the watch roll was well packaged and beautifully presented, and the quality is excellent. Love the smell of real leather. Do yourself a favour, don't put your beautiful watches in a cheap watch roll. Five stars!

poor quality leather
The box is well-designed, and the material inside is nice and functional. Unfortunately, I was disappointed by the quality of the leather on the outside. I actually wondered if it was real leather at all. It doesn't look like leather, and more importantly, it doesn't smell like leather at all, but rather something that mimics it. It's a shame, as using good quality leather wouldn't significantly increase the production cost, and the effect would be impressive.

Professionalism of the customer service
I originally had a disappointing experience due to shipping issues. My package arrived over a week late and was unfortunately soaked in water, which damaged the watch box. That said, I really want to highlight how proactive the DailyWatch team was. They responded quickly after my complain, took the situation seriously, and immediately arranged for a replacement at no cost. While the shipping issue was unfortunate, their customer service really made the difference. I just received the replacement product, and everything came in perfect condition. I truly appreciate how professionally the team handled the situation.
