DailyWatch Arvostelua

I ordered the Bulova Super Seville with white dial which is a reference that was not released here in the US market, but I found one here on DailyWatch. The watch was sent out the next business day which was good. FedEx was slower than usual due to customs, but that's not their fault. Overall it was a great experience, a great watch, and a great price that already included tariff charges. I would definitely buy again.

Over the past week, I have sent multiple inquiries requesting a status update on my order, which was listed as in stock with 2-4 day expedited shipping. It has now been over a week, and I have not received a shipping notification or a response from customer service. I have emailed them requesting a cancellation to which they still haven’t responded after 2 days. Totally unprofessional, save your time and don’t make the same mistake.

My order was navy blue (both external and internal as per your shopping list / photos) but what I received was internally green color....
I am not sure whether this was an oversight or intentionally done to clear the unwanted stock (since the customer, me is far away from the States and have difficulty in returning the good).....

Daily Watch simply makes great watch boxes. I've bought five of them now, and I love the quality, plush interiors, and soft pillows that will hold virtually any sized watch. I will only buy watch boxes from this great company!!!

I paid in advance total amount but while recthe shipment I had to pay almost 15 percent additional amount. I tried to reach out to the customer service, but got no response even after 9 days whereas it promises that someone will respond to my query within 24 hrs. It was not a good over all experience

Is my second time getting a product from them ( wast the motorcycle watch holder) and i have to admit the quality and the customer service is the top! Guys nailed it ❤️ they even did put a note in the parcel i asked as it was a gift. Thank you so much

Highly recommend the team at Daily watch. I received my handcrafted deluxe leather watchcase, which can carry my two high-end watches. The craftsmanship is excellent. I know they will be secure in my luggage in my future travels. Please consider when you’re looking for a Watch carrier.

Review Update: August 18, 2026 - I am happy now!

As noted below, original case order came with a mysterious, loose screw rolling around. After trading some emails, Daily Watch resolved this beyond 100% as they sent me a new case (yes, this time in perfect condition) and said to keep the old case to (more than) make up for the original hassle. As this was NOT an inexpensive case, this gesture of goodwill was a great resolution and shows that the company really cares about their customers.

Original review June 30, 2026 (Now Fully Resolved):
I bought a few items, including a watch suitcase. Fortunately, I opened it up, accidentally, upside down: I saw a hex-head screw, finished with rather rough edges, just laying within the top foam. If I had put watches into this case (with the screw "hiding" within the watch holding lower section), who knows what damage I might have wreaked upon my watches. Now I have case that I fear even using for fashion / Swatch-type watches. The company suggested I rip the foam out to look for where the screw belonged. Seems like this should be THEIR job, not mine. Disappointed. I will buy a Pelican/Peli case elsewhere.

Alex and the team are awesome.

Fantastic shipping experience, great price and in perfect condition, showcases the pieces wonderfully.

Alex went above and beyond to make this happen, following a very brief delay.

Thank you!

I had an excellent experience with DailyWatch. The quality of the Product is outstanding, exactly as described. What impressed me the most was their exceptional customer service. They promptly refunded the tax that was mistakenly charged during delivery and kept me updated throughout the entire process with regular follow-ups.

It’s rare to find a company that truly values its customers, and DailyWatch exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality products and trustworthy service!
