6 slot watch box
Daily Watch was great to deal with, purchased the 6 slot watch box in black/green. I like the slot variation style and the pillows are nice, their flexible and don't stretch the bracelets like many other pillows do from being to large or stiff....also I like that you don't need to wrestle around closing the top lid as it fits perfect and not putting stress on the lid snaps. Overall worth the money.

Deceptive ship dates bad service
Decent product, deceptive ship dates and bad non responsive service. Said item would be at my house in 3 days, even for the custom embossed version. This meant the product wouldn’t be here in time for a trip. I emailed customer service and asked to cancel my order. Nobody ever responded and product showed up in about 10 days. Deceptive and bad service. Never again.

Nice product
Nice product, easy to order from a nice website. Just not full 5 stars because the delivery was quite a lot slower than I expected. Did not realise it was being shipped from abroad, thought it was coming from Uk.🇬🇧

two-watch travel roll all black saffiano
I bought a two-watch travel roll all black affine. The quality is very good and the interior is cushioned and lined. The cushions are secured with buttons at the side.
Downsides for me. One of my watch is quite thick (approx 14.5mm), and so the dial touches the inner side of the watch roll as it closes. This product just wasn’t right for me. So I went on to arrange a refund.
The refund process was problematic. I eventually found the link on their website to create a returns label. Once printed and arranged FedEx to collect, FedEx tells me that it’s being returned to me, as there’s “improper or missing international paperwork”. I was not provided or made aware of these by DailyWatch during the returns process. It’s taken them a week to reply to my first email, even though they state about 24hrs for weekdays. I’m now waiting for their reply (once again) regarding this “missing paperwork”. Rather frustrating process in my opinion.
Update 14th August.
The team eventually resolved the issue for me. If I had been made aware of longer waiting times for replies during the summer holidays, then I would have adjusted my expectations. Completely appreciate that staff will be on holidays, but at least change the “expected response time”, so that I didn’t feel like I was being ignored.
Thank you DailyWatch for sorting this out for me.
