This company sucks took 3 month to get product and when I ordered my back account got hit with fraud then after I got product it was stained I contacted them and 8 months later still haven’t taken care of it. Be careful this company sucks and will burn you. Don’t order from them.

Good selection of items at reasonable prices. Buying process was easy.

Website was easy to navigate. Checkout was fast and simple. I was able to edit items in my cart easily. The website on mobile runs smoothly. Was able to find everything I wanted. I was brought over by an ad on TikTok. Haven’t received my order yet but the quality looks good in the website.

I would rate them lower if I could. I ordered a hoodie and when I finally got it there was a hole in it and a misspelled word on the front. When I told customer service about it they offered me a 13% refund or $14 store credit. I asked for a replacement or full refund and they never responded to me.

Never got the items they stole my 53 bux and I can’t refund it sent to another state entirely 2 months just for it not to come

Ich habe 4 Sweatshirts bestellt.
Eines kam in einer völlig anderen Farbe als bestellt, 2 waren größentechnisch weit vom angegebenen XL entfernt, somit falsch ausgezeichnet.
Und nur 1 Sweatshirt passte.
Allerdings kann ich nur abraten hier zu bestellen, denn die Rücksendung erfolgt auf EIGENE Kosten nach China!
Man sieht auch nirgends den Sitz der Firma. Für mich ist das ein absoluter Betrug.
Lange E-Mail-Korrespondenzen haben nichts gebracht und ich bin auf den Kosten sitzen geblieben!

I had little bit of trouble trying to pay directly with my card idk why but I ended up being able to pay with my paypal so it was alright but I love the designs and everything i can't wait to see the new things you guys make.

Terrible customer service. I ordered a hoodie for my son and they sent the wrong size. They told me I could have a partial refund which I agreed to. But then they told me I could have a voucher instead. I didn't want a voucher as I told them I wouldn't order from them again. This is still ongoing 4 months later.
