hello. thanks a lot for your feedback. we'd like to comment some of your statements :)
1 - the filters in the case selection dialogs are next to come with the new update!
2 - regarding the special event giveaway we have rolled just recently: the requirement was to deposit 10K cumulatively within the month and wage 30K. So, no 30K deposits) . But we do see that experiment wasn't successful, so we lowered the requirements significantly - you can check it out.

Hello. Did you check the results through the tool that is part of our Provably Fair? Did you find any rigged piece? Could you share it please? It seems like you have no idea how that works, otherwise you would know that cannot be rigged technically. It's all about the chance and the house edge.

If the price of the skin from our case is higher than on the market, we refund you the rest upon your withdrawal.
If the price of the skin from our case is lower than on the market, the user has an option to add some extra $ to withdraw the skin. This is just the option, the other options are: a- wait for a proper offer with the same price, b- exchange the item for another skin..

Skin prices are volatile and we can't keep them up to date on a daily basis, thus there may be a deviation between the current market price and the price inside the case. However, since for the case we use the skin price/odds pair, in fact you don't lose anything, because the lower skin price - the higher chance to win it, and the higher price - the lower chance to win it. Imagine, there is a skin with a $100 price and 0.5% chance. If the price was $200, the chance would be lower than 0.5%, and most probably you would pull something cheaper.

We would just say "not in stock" for the cases with the price misleading, instead - we give the user a chance to pay some extra and withdraw the skin they want, AND in the opposite case, refund the skin price it's lower on the market.

To summarize, you put $10, you made $20 out of it - you could easily cash-out $20 in crypto or exchange for the skins $20 worth that are available. Which means no hidden cost are provisioned here, but just the increased market price for the exact skin you dropped. makes sense?

Hello. Let's address your comments one by one:
1. you mention you lost, but without providing any information like amount you spent, risk you took, etc. What we assure you in is:
a) all our games are provably fair, and you can easily check the drops making sure they were legit and fully random;
b) you can easily calculate the house edge for each case, because all the odds/prices for the skins are fixed within the case. So, you may recognize more or less risky cases and make the decision. Same for the games like arenas or gunfights: If you play a gunfight for 16, the chance to win that gunfight equals 6.25% in average. Of course, once you win you get x16 profit etc. So that's the risk taking part, and depending on how far you want to go with it, the result may differ. We encourage our clients play responsibly or/and stop playing if they find it becomes addicting.

2) we do not charge people for withdrawing their winnings. But, there may be cases when the market price of the skin differs from the skin price from the case. The market price is volatile and since we have the fixed price/odds (and thus, the case price) for the case, we can't dynamically change it to align. Another reason is that sometimes the market price may not reflect the real situation and may be affected by the low offers amount.
In any event, if the price differs, two options are available:
1 - we refund the difference when the market price is higher;
2- the user may cover the difference, OR they can exchange for another skin.
From the profitability perspective, the user doesn't lose anything because the chance they got that skin was connected to the current skin price. For example, the chance to get a skin $10 worth is higher than if its price was $20... hope this helps a bit.

First of all, all our games are provably fair and all results are verifiable for fairness. So because of this you can't call it scam. Unless you have evidences that the provably fair doesn't work properly

The fact that you didn't end up with profit may have multiple reasons, the main probable one is irresponsible play, where you risk a lot , and in fact eventually lose. Thus, we always ask our users play responsibly.

And finally, since we don't have your user ID we don't have ability to appeal, showing that you did make random profit, and not lost any single arena..
