Thank you for sharing your experience. Regrettably, from your comment, it's unclear what exactly went wrong when you tried to withdraw your skin. Based on our experience, Steam-imposed restrictions are among the most common causes. So, if your Steam account is restricted in any way, please contact the Steam support team for assistance.

Just in case, we would also like to explain how our withdrawal system works. On DatDrop, you can either instantly withdraw the skins in the amount equivalent to the value of items in your DatDrop inventory, or you can sell the skins you won to continue opening cases and possibly get bigger drops.
