I've purchased 3 times from D2P. First time I emailed to check parts fitted (2 x door lock actuators) and got a quick response and parts fitted fine, appear to be good quality (still fine almost a year later). Needed another actuator recently (should have changed all 4!?! at he same time. I made a mistake on the order and ordered the wrong part - should have checked - but D2P exchanged wrong for correct part without hassle, which arrived quickly. Now sorted and all is working fine. I will use D2P in future - probably for the remaining lock actuator!!! Can't fault service and quality. Parts were for a Jaguar XF Lux Sportsbrake with keyless locks.

I'd like to thank Suketu for helping me find the part i needed for my Audi, after weeks of searching and trying to find the correct part, Suketu was able to locate, send me the link and put the saga to bed. Thank you.

We bought two locks for both front doors, our experience with another supplier had been painful and they supplied the wrong locks!
With D2P Autoparts they took vin details to make sure they supplied the right one.
One lock did not work properly, but they promptly replaced it, my thanks to Suketu, for sorting the problem.

I needed some parts for my car,i wasnt sure of the exact ones i needed, so i used the chat feature,a guy called Shawn helped me with the correct parts, which took the stress and guess work out, i ordered the parts, good price too compared to other quote for the same.

I called to make an order today and Akash to my call. He was polite and very helpful and ensured me he would have my order posted today as I was quite desperate despite their deadline for the post having already past. I can't thank him enough as my daughters graduation is on the weekend so I really needed the part desperately. I would definitely order from this company again and would recommend this company to anyone.

Placed my first order with them, DHL have left the parcel visible from the road and signed it in my name even though nobody was home (unless the driver has the same name).
After contacting D2P Autoparts as the parcel is no longer where the delivery photo shows it, they have asked me to go knocking door to door until I find it myself.
I would recommend selecting a signed for delivery service if possible unless you are Sherlock Holmes or have nothing better to do with your time.
