Very well made item with good handling – for a price
I love the concept overall. The pump is very well made, it feels and handles robustly. The instructions are clear and it's so handy to carry a pump of that size with me on my bike trips. The fast charging is impressive, especially considering that it does contain 2 full charges for my (occasionally very flat) tyre.
I subtract one star because I still think the pump is quite pricey and I can't seem to properly seal the connection when I'm not using the hose – even with the hose attached it's not a perfect fit.

Best thing is the customer service. Mine was replaced when a fault occurred. Cannot rate highly enough.

Great product, shopping / site info, post-purchase comms, and quick shipping. I'd used the basic mini air pump for past year. Wife liked it so much I gave it to her and got another from Cycplus's site.

Just bought my AS2 Pro Max before a multi-day remote gravel bike packing trip. A friend developed a slow tire leak - the pump got us through the rest of the trip beautifully! He now has one.

Sadly only worked once then failed
Unfortunately it worked right when I got it but never worked again. Just flashes random numbers and then shuts off. Looking for receipt so I can return it. I really wanted it to work as it seemed like such a cool little pump

Utilisé une seule fois à la maison, ensuite code E2..impossible de gonfler..si vous avez ce problème dehors, vous ne rentrez pas chez vous..impossible de gonfler, la pompe s'arrête au bout de 3 secondes..
Qualité médiocre..c'est un élément essentiel sur un velo..vu le prix c'est LAMENTABLE...je reprends ma pompe traditionnelle qui ne m'a jamais lâché...

The M3 failed to connect to the Fit app…
The M3 failed to connect to the Fit app due to a bluetooth problem. Steven helped me troubleshoot, which unfortunately didn't fix it, so he then replaced the M3 which is now working fine. Thanks
