This company is phenomenal. Quick to reply and send pictures, was ready to change anything if I wasn’t 100% happy. Lovely and easy to deal with and talk to via email.
Will definitely use again in the near future. Very very happy with my cat Disney style portraits. ❤️🐱

The team are all so wonderful and create the most amazing art will definitely be shopping from her again!!

Couldn’t fault my experience with this shop! Ordering and providing an image for the portrait was simple and easy and communication from the shop was thorough and friendly. The digital portrait was emailed to me within a couple of days and was exactly what I had hoped for. Highly recommend.

Really fast turnaround times and accomodating of requests!

I did exactly what they asked for…. Sent a picture of our 4 month old puppy/son. We recently had to put down our 13.5 year old Leonburger and I’ll be sending his photo next so he can be here in his forever home. These folks are Great to work with and do an outstanding job.

Their customer service is amazing!! They redid it several times to get it right for me❤️
They did everything to make it perfect.
This is a gift for my girlfriend and she’s ecstatic.
Their patience and attitude with me was amazing. I already have a picture they did for me and my 3 dogs. Love it!!

Excellent service

What a wonderful experience! The final rendering was a stunning depiction of our dog Abner. Would not hesitate to go back in the future. Many thanks!!

They were awesome, I had some questions before ordering to make sure my pictures would work, they were so helpful to work with me. When the first draft came there were some adjustments I asked for which came back so quickly and exactly what I asked with no fuss. Love my pictures!!!

A family friends pet passed away, so I thought getting a drawing of him might be nice for her.
The turn around time was unbelievably quick, and it was absolutely perfect. I could not have been more impressed with how perfectly they captured him.
I’ll be returning for sure!!

Mel and the team was great. I've used their services before, and they came out beautifully. For one, the revisions came back a tad later than expected, but they remained communicative throughout.

Very fast, very professional, very flexible and open to changes. I had a memorial piece done and couldn’t be happier with the outcome. With the open communication throughout the whole process, there is no way you could be disappointed by these guys.

Love how the product came out! This shop always does amazing work and they will make any changes until you are happy with the product! It’s been rare that I have had to request changes! Will definitely be ordering from them again! It has become my new go to gift for the dog lovers in my life!

The artists are so talented and they handled every one of my revision requests so well. I did three revisions and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Also, the revisions were done so quickly! 10/10

Mel and her team were absolutely wonderful to work with! They were super quick to respond and so patient in helping me with several mockups until everything felt just right. I had a custom drawing created of me, my mom, and two family members who have passed. The photo of me was based on my wedding dress and how I planned to style my hair. About a week after they completed the order, I changed my mind about my hairstyle and reached out to see if it could be updated—without hesitation, they said yes and provided me with a new final version. The result is beautiful, and I know my mom is going to love it (I’ll be giving it to her as a gift on my wedding day). I couldn’t be happier and definitely recommend working with them!
