Quick turnaround and fast replies! Thank you! My girls will love their portraits when they are 16 hours away from home in college! THANK YOU!!

This was my second portrait for a friend who has lost her pet and, like the first, it was perfect! I didn't even have any suggestions to make it better because I couldn't see how! I will definitely be back.

I could do lots of changes with a goo price

Perfect customer service and makes beautiful art!

I recently used The Custom Portrait Shop to create a portrait of my beloved pet, and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience.

From start to finish, everything was seamless. Communication was straightforward and responsive and they made the process easy and stress-free. What really impressed me was the quick turnaround time without any compromise on quality. The finished portrait captured my pet beautifully and exceeded my expectations.

This was a gift for a friend who just put their sweet boy to rest. Turn around time was 48 hours and the portrait was beautifully done. I was definitely be a returning customer!

It was a super fast process, and the results came out great! Especially it being so close to Christmas. I had to make no changes because I thought it looked good how it first came out. I would definitely get another portrait done. :)

I ordered a pet portrait as a Christmas gift and certainly not disappointed! Not only was the order fulfilled very quickly, the artwork was wonderful and captured our pups with such great detail!

Their service was very quick and accomodating. Happy to help you and change whatever you like! I was very happy with my picture. Will definitely use again

This was my first experience with this company so I didn't know what to expect. After I initiated the order, I had a draft within two days. It looked great but I had a pair of minor notes. The artists handled the notes expertly and had the revised draft back to me within a day or so. Outstanding communication, outstanding attention to my notes. Highly recommend!

The perfect gift for my husband for Christmas. They made any revisions i wanted to get it just right! Thank you!

Wonderful art and quick replies to messages

The artwork was unbelievably awful. It was nothing like the photos or requests. The 5 and 7 year olds looked nothing like themselves but very tall teenagers. The mother was far bigger than the father. She is actuality 5 feet tall. He is not a small person. No requests were followed whatsoever. It was like I tried drawing with a computer program. And no refund. Do not do it!!!

I love my pet portrait! They were very responsive and helped me tweak everything to make it perfect! I’m gifting this portrait to my dad for Christmas and he will love it! Thank you!!!

Terrible quality. Not on a canvas. And a total waste of money! I'm pretty upset actually. Its tiny to for the money. Doesn't even look like the Simpson's either. My oem fault for going with a different place other than turned yellow. Do not get them to do a Simpson's portrait they'll rip you off!!

The service from the team was amazing! I requested a list of changes to be made to the portrait and they were so accomodating and absolutely nailed the request! I couldn’t be happier with their service and end product!

Amazing service! Can’t wait to give it as a Christmas gift!
Thank you so much

My items were perfect! Second time I’ve purchased from this seller, and they went above and beyond for me. I bought a gift this time and can’t wait to give it!!

I messaged and sent my picture in at the start of the week on a Monday , by Tuesday afternoon I had a design complete, I had some points to alter and they were very happy to assist as they want it to be perfect for you. I had a response Tuesday evening that they were working on it and I had my finished product by Weds afternoon.
The staff were so very polite and kind listening to what I had to say and the end result is amazing and looks stunning
