ITS A SCAM! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! BEWARE!!! I got my video but it was wrong. I asked them to change it and they approved it without me even accepting the changes. If it's approved, then they move onto the next order. I didnt approve it so I asked for a refund because the video was completely wrong and nothing like i asked for it to be...its been almost 2 months and I keep hearing back from the emails "we are a small family business your request is still being reviewed" YEAH... AFTER 2 MONTHS? On their website it says, refund if not happy, no questions asked"....i had to go back and forth 400 times with emails when they asked me to send screen shots of the approved film that i never approved myself...i also sent them a photo from their website saying "refund: if you're not happy, no questions asked we will refund you".....STILL NOTHING!!!! give me my freaking money back thieves! 😤 they can suck a D♡ck! ....im so mad!

Update: I had to go on Facebook messenger on their profile page to message them to finally be able to get a hold of someone after so long. I took a chance and told them my situation and someone reached out to me and said they will refund. FINALLY! Maybe because i left this review and also left comments on their fb page so other can people see what i had to go through...they eventually refunded me AND gave me my video to have still at no charge, (it was STILL wrong and didnt have anything i asked for in it..but its ok, it was worth a try), but at least me bitching enough made them refund me in full... Thats all i care about now..so, can i say i will purchase anything again, no...can i say the customer service sucked, absolutely, but after they told me they will refund me and try to make me happy and how this should have never happened, I will give 2 stars instead one 1 now...

They made the BEST movie to surprise my fiancé at our wedding. They could even make my vows into the song!! It’s so amazing and awesome. I will definitely tell everyone about them and will come back!!

The concept was wonderful. Made an anniversary video for my husband. He was amazed and brought to tears. The company made revisions immediately to my liking and when I contacted them the response was within 24 hours. Very pleased.

I love my story. The characters did look similar but its cartoon so it was to be expected. I needed assistance and they were fast. So I would definitely recommend.

Never received the video. All the support chats from “Maria” appeared to be AI generated. Don’t waste your money. Very disappointed.
