Great customer service

These labels are great. It was cool that we were able to create a custom label size for our Olive Oil bottles. The best part was that I initially only ordered a few labels but changed my mind and wanted to order 30. I called Steve and he was really nice and changed my order for me. He also let me know I could also get the free shipping because of the size of the order. We’ll probably switch out spices labels over to custom label shop as well because quality of the labels and customer service!!

The best service ever
To be honest I never thought I could trust an online line labeling service till I found customlabelshop. Thank you so much for your services, the person who helped and provided a great customer service was Richard. He is very good at what he does and very helpful replying on time and helping with all the issues I had. Thank you and all the best, from a very happy customer

Great product result

Great product result. Easy to design. Took longer than I had hoped for to deliver which is why I did not give it a 5. Don't know how the pricing compares as I did not shop around. Went with ease to get it done.

Regarding delivery time, our records show that your order was shipped the day after it was placed and then delivered 4 business days later. Unfortunately due to COVID-19, USPS shipments are currently taking a bit longer than usual to arrive so I apologize that your order took longer than you had hoped. For rush orders, please consider using our Express shipping option which is not currently subject to any delays.

The labels came out better than I could…

The labels came out better than I could have ever thought. I love them. They are going to look great on my 32oz swig top bottles when it’s time. Thank you so much I’ll be using you for every beer I brew.
