Loved this beautiful heart memorial. Once I figured out how to get protective film off (no instructions) I love this I got for my daughter's birthday. I am eyeing up some more items from Cuss Gifts. Very happy with it and it brought tears to my daughter when she opened it.

I was originally not happy with my purchase but I looked at reviews and realized it came with a protective covering on one side that has to be removed. Once I removed it the heart was perfect. So happy. Helps keep my daughter's memory alive for me.

I am very pleased that I chose this business for my gift buying. Admittedly it was new to me but I really like the memorial gift for my niece after she lost her precious fur baby. So I took a chance. And I never regretted the decision. There was one time that I was a little concerned because I had heard nothing regarding shipping or estimated shipping date so I sent an email. It was answered immediately and now days that just doesn’t happen anymore. My concerns were addressed immediately and any concerns I had were gone. Soon after the gift was delivered and I can say it was perfect. My experience with Cusgifts was awesome. I would recommend them and rate them a perfect 5 stars. I will be using them again myself.

I ordered the memorial pillowcase for my 3 dogs. They were cross breeds but I could match up the dogs with their main breed and they turned out really well. It us a great size and sits on my chair and helps me commemmorate their life.

I ordered the glass dog memorial for my niece who lost her dog suddenly and she loves it. Very sturdy, beautiful picture and colors used. I would definitely recommend. Shipping did take a few weeks but it was worth it.

These sherpa fleece blankets bring a feeling of comfort to those of us who have lost our precious pets and for other wonderful occasions- they are quality made thick and warm and the staff are wonderful people - I have bought four of these blankets and have given three as gifts - beautifully made - will absolutely order again ❣️

I have used Cusgifts twice, and both times I was really pleased with the quality of the canvas art. The second order took a bit longer to arrive as they did not want it to be sent out until it met their quality control standards, but when I contacted their Customer Services and explained that it was a birthday present, they pulled out all the stops and got it to me with a day to spare. One happy customer and birthday recipient 😊

I ordered the heart for my boy whom I lost. With myself and my special boy sitting under a tree.
It arrived quickly.
Detail is spot on.
The only criticism is it doesn't stand on its own. So I've had it placed in a frame. It looks fantastic.

I'm going to order other items for Christmas gifts...

I ordered 4 different items as memorials when my pet passed over the rainbow bridge. I LOVE all of them. One had a small spelling error and they very quickly replaced it with no hassle. I love that type of customer service. I'll definitely order from them again. Great products, great prices.

NEVER GOT MY PRODUCT. CONTACTED THEM OVER AND OVER. BEEN MONTHS. TOLD ME THEY WOULD FIX IT SO I WOULD CLOSE MY CLAIM WITH PAYPAL. THEY NEVER DID!! PayPal had to force a refund as this company refused!!!!

I LOVE my new case!! Very well made plus I had made a mistake on the size of my case and I emailed this company to see if I can change it cause it would have been obsolete to use, but they contacted me back in no time and said yes they will change the size to the correct one. I am letting friends know and they themselves will be putting in orders as well.
BTW! The price is worth it as well as the companies service!!

I ordered tumblers and other steel cups and they came out amazing. I love all of them. Very good quality. The only issue I had is that they took awhile to arrive BUT totally worth the wait. Customer service is outstanding. They always answer they emails promptly.

Excellent! I bought a small rug, and I love it. I think it's just a little to light weighted to use as a rug, and definitely to pretty, but I just hung it on my wall. It's so pretty! I definitely will order from them again! Very happy with my order. Excellent customer service!

This is my second order with CusGifts. Both times I bought dog memorial gifts for friends who lost their beloved dog. The gifts are unique, not even Etsy has stuff like this. Ordering is easy and there are many options for customizing most of the gifts. Both times I got exactly what I ordered and they were both just so beautiful!!! I will order from them again!!!
