Love their products. Tracking is accurate and in real time. Have bought 2 things so far-will definitely buy more. Last delivery was Easter Sunday!! Very impressed.

There was a minor issue when my sign didn't arrive. So I contacted Cus gifts & somehow my email when I to the junk mail.
Once they found it in junk they responded quickly, remade my sign & shipped it to my home address not my PO. I was very happy with the sign when it arrived it was very well made & better than I imagined.
Thankyou for rectifying my issue so quickly & professionally.

You can’t post a review on their actual page or post a photo. Their craftsmanship and csr is beyond 3 world horrible. It takes forever to get a defective item from within the United States.. after business response… the overprinting and date of death in no way is a protective coating.. nor is the deliberate shutting off reviews on your main page and not allowing photos to be posted ( 3 apr 2023)

Jun 19, 2024… the “protective coating “ had nothing to do with the locking mechanism failing..
the company was contacted multiple times.. customer service was horrible and they refused to correct the manufacturing error

If I could I would have gave NO STAR I ordered a necklace in the rose box for a valentine present I didn’t receive my order and still haven’t received my order I contacted them and was basically told they are not refunding me and for me to do my own investigation I emailed them back and was ignored I haven’t been refunded and haven’t been sent out what I ordered STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE THEY ARE A SCAM

My parcel arrived safely from the usa to the uk. It was in perfect condition and exactly what I wanted. I brought the glass heart for dog lovers. I had a query about the cover which was answered quickly and solved. I would definitely buy from this company again

I ordered this blanket for my daughter in memory of her horse that passed away a year ago. She cried when she opened it! The colors are vivid and bright and the turnaround time was actually quite reasonable. I'm sure I'll be ordering from them again!

The final product made the experience great. My wife loved the case! Quality and detail of picture is great! Image looks a lot if not exactly like her. Only issue is the shipping! I forgot about that in a previous review. I ordered this on 12/12/2023 and it didn’t arrive until almost mid January! Order with time!

My experience has been so frustrating. I have emailed them twice and I haven’t received an answer to rectify the problem with my order. I also tried to call, but it only rings and goes to a voice mail message that says that there is no one available to take my call and to email them. What do i need to do to get an amswer?

When I received my original order it was damaged. I contacted CusGifts, and they were so prompt in rectifying my order by replacing it, both quickly and with ease. I will order from them again!

I'm really starting to lose my patience with this establishment. I understand due to covid things take a while but come on seriously? I placed my order January 18th for a phone case. When I kept checking on the order after weeks of the order being placed and saw no progress was being made, I emailed and did not hear back almost a week saying that they have broken machines in the warehouse and it wont ship until February 5th the latest. It did not ship until February 10th. And it has currently been sitting in the UK for 6 days. I want to get in contact with them again to see what the excuse is this time but what's the point? Never have I ever waited this long for a phone case. Sorry to say but I will never be ordering for CusGifts again.

I have purchased a couple of times from CusGifts and have been happy with the product each time. The most recent purchase was a memorial plaque as a Christmas gift for my in-laws who recently lost their dachshund. They were very touched and loved it.

My plaque arrived quickly and is absolutely wonderful!! The design is simple, yet very beautiful! The wording is probably the thing that makes it so meaningful.I’ll treasure this forever.

I bought an item for my wife for Valentine’s Day. It did not arrive in time. I will never shop this company again if you want something gonna get here on time shop something in the US not in a different country.
