I wish I could put ZERO stars on this company!! I have receipts and everything to prove that this is indeed their product!! I would advise anyone to NOT EVER ORDER FRON THIS COMPANY!! They are scammers and fail to refund my money back as their advertising promised. I paid $73 for the heart shaped frame that supposed to play music, which wasn’t created. I received a frame with the picture cropped on our faces. It was supposed to have been delivered by February 14th and was ordered back in January. I didn’t get it until yesterday and how disappointed I am!! I request to send it back and want my full refund but they want to offer me 15% of my refund a keep this ugly frame!! IM NOT NEGOTIATING!! I am an attorney and will be reporting them to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU IMMEDIATELY!! I promised them that if they didn’t refund's my money I’ll post a negative review on all social media platforms…so here we go!! Until I receive my refund, I’ll keep posting and encouraging people to NEVER SHOP ON CUSGIFT.COM

Shadow Box with Photo from cusgifts.com on February 1, 2024 (I saw it on tik tok) I paid for express shipping so that it would be to be either by the 14th or before the 14th of February. I received a call from my bank regarding this purchase on February 16th asking me if I had been scammed. I had in fact been scammed. The order was never filled and I do NOT recommend this company for items.

I ordered the valentines picture frame a while ago and still haven’t received it and they don’t respond to emails. This gift was supposed to be delivered on time and it’s not. Very dissatisfied!!

Purchased as a gift for my son a beautiful daughter in-law. I was so happy to see it. Christmas Day couldn’t come sooner. They opened it and was so happy. It was perfect for them.

I ordered a blanket on January 11th, still waiting and they don’t answer emails. they gave me a fake tracking number. Stay away they are scammers!!!!!

The company responded quickly to my email regarding the item I purchased text didn't look right. I didn't realize there was a film to remove. I was frustrated at first because my dog had just passed away. The company explained that I need to remove the film and once I finally got the film off, my product looked beautiful. The size was perfect and looked beautiful next to my dogs urn.

Paid for an order, received the T-shirt and the printing was completely wrong.
Sent a photo of evidence to the support email and requested either a fix or refund and they’ve never responded to me. Sent 2 emails now, 2 weeks apart.

No response.

You said you sent the finished product, but I have proof it never got to me. Both USPS and PayPal want to know how the medium sized door mat you "supposedly" sent, weighs only 9oz, when it should be about 2-3 lbs. at least, according to the information given to me by USPS. You lie about the delivery and if you did send me something which I doubt, it was not the personalized medium door mat I ordered. Just give me the refund before you have a bedridden, handicapped person in small claims court suing you for the $44.94 you stiffed me out of.

I love my new mat. It’s beautiful, the image looks just like me and is effective at keeping the negativity at bay!

WORST company and customer service I have ever ordered from. I placed an order with peoples names listed and as soon as I placed the order I realized I forgot one name. So I emailed them immediately telling them to please fix this mistake. Then 12 hours later I still haven’t heard anything so I asked them to please cancel my order and I would place a new one. I sent email after email after email & it took them 6 days to get back to me & their response was sorry this is a customized gift and we can’t cancel it. Even though their website says they have a 30 day return policy. They are scammers. Do not buy from this company please! ETSY has the same designs and they are Americans. These Chinese people just want to scam and take your money!
