Furthermore their customer support is awful, they do not respond in time and it very difficult or even impossible to cancel an order whilst has not even received by the courier. Try elsewhere for gs.

An absolute scam, money-making machine while cats are fighting for their lives. They never shipped my order while claiming the delivery company was at fault. My cat passed away while they were enjoying making a fool out of me during our communication. Look somewhere else, don't trust these scammers.

We used the combo capsules mixed into a small wet treat every morning, no signs of FIP after 80+ days. Fingers crossed that Gracie stays healthy and happy. We lost 3 cats to FIP in the past 8 years so we know this treatment is truly a miracle. Yes, it’s expensive and there are no guarantees but it’s definitely not a scam.

I ordered pills my order number is 82132 paid £150. Unfortunately until they start shipment my cat passed away. I tried to contact them several times to cancel order it was literally in next 12hours, yet no one replied. Then they shipped it and now I have it and still trying to find someone to start return process and take my refund. As no one even cares most likely even pills itself is a scam as well!

This is the second time I have had to unfortunately use their medicine to save one of my kitties lives. The first time the medicine came within three days and my boy survived. Now it's his sister that needs saving and I am more than happy once again, the medicine has literally arrived a day after ordering and it had to be signed for which makes me feel like there's added security there. The packaging is discreet and easy to use. I am comforted to know that this is here and available when it's needed.

Ich habe das Mittel für meine Katze bei Curefib bestellt. Die Bestellung war sehr dringend. Der Versand erfolgte per Express für 28 EUR. Es hat dann aber schon 3 Tage gedauert, bis sie es überhaupt raus geschickt haben, das Mittel kam viel zu spät an, ich musste zwischendurch woanders neu bestellen. Von Curefib bekomme ich Null Reaktionen auf meine E-Mails. Eine Frechheit die Not der Kunden auszunutzen.

Please listen to reviews, I have been totally scammed. I have now been advised to contact Action Fraud. I probably won't get anywhere. It looks like they use agents, as I have the address of the person who has my money and my product. I obviously can't put their full address but they live in Uxbridge, Flora Bellini. I have everything in writing. This person is disgusting, Ive lost my pet and now a lot of money. I will also be reporting to my vets

Nicht zu empfehlen. Details möchte ich nicht nennen. Überhöhte Versandkosten, kein richtiges Impressum. Standort in Dubai, Versand aus Berlin (Briefkasten??). Unsaubere Machenschaften - halten sich nicht an Ihre eigenen Bestimmungen. Von der Qualität des Inhaltes wurde mir inzwischen auch viel negatives berichtet.

FIP Medikament wird aus Zollgründen umverpackt geliefert. Versand geht relativ schnell. Mehrere Katzen wurden behandelt und zeigen eine deutliche Gesundheitsverbesserung.

Ich bewerte hier nur den Versand und die Kommunikation mit dem "Unternehmen". Donnerstag Abend bestellt, Samstag früh um 7:55 Uhr zugestellt. Man bezahlt für DHL Express-Zustellung. Lieferung in 1,5 Tagen.
Da ich mir aufgrund der mangelnden Transparenz nicht sicher sein kann, ob der Wirkstoff in den Kapseln überhaupt enthalten ist, habe ich erst einmal nur 30 Kapseln bestellt. Das wird sich herausstellen und ich schreibe dazu eine weitere Bewertung.
Das Medikament kommt als Kosmetikprodukt getarnt, damit es schnell durch den Zoll kommt.
Die Kapseln werden nicht in der im Shop abgebildeten Dose geliefert, sondern in einem kleinen Papiertütchen. Wie hygienisch das ist, sei mal dahingestellt.
Zur Kommunikation: Man wird via E-Mail über jeden Schritt informiert und kann auch mit dem "Unternehmen" kommunizieren. Ich habe die mangelnde Transparenz bemängelt und sofort eine professionelle Antwort bekommen. Allerdings sollte man auf Englisch kommunizieren.

This drug saved my cats life. I would give 4 stars as the customer service is really slow however the drug has changed my cats prognosis so I am so grateful.

Die Medikamente ist viel zu überteuert. Ich habe fast 800€ (Medikamente + Versand) bezahlt und es wirkt bei unsere Katze nicht.
Diesen Preis für diese Medikamente finde ich nicht gerechtfertigt.
