We had an issue with a data transfer from CuraCubby to our school's billing portal. Sam Kim worked with us VERY patiently, and he was able to grasp the complications of our various situations and make appropriate adjustments. We are so grateful for his partnership, and we felt very well cared for throughout the process!

My organization has worked with Curacubby for the past two years! Their customer service is great! There are so many things Curacubby can do, its overwhelming to learn it all, but with their support, all families at my organization are able to sign up for our services and are invoiced every month!

They got back to me and did some troubleshooting until the account was made. Not only did they give me the necessary steps in creating an account but they also followed up to ensure all was well. Curacubby is an excellent way to manage registrations for your business. The customer service is TOP NOTCH in trouble shooting and helping out when there are questions regarding sign ups, financial issues, etc. Olivia in particular goes above and beyond in her responsiveness and problem solving. There is a real personal touch to all of the customer help we have needed.
My only suggestion would be notifications when registered families payments fail. We do not know when those fail and would appreciate admin notifications when that happens.

When I recently had technical difficulties while filling out a form, I reached out for help with customer service at Curacubby. I was so surprised and pleased with how quickly and assertively I was contacted by the company. Rather than engaging in a game of phone tag, Sam at Curacubby emailed me and offered me a few options to schedule a phone call with him. He called me promptly at our agreed-upon time and stayed on the phone with me patiently for at least a half hour, walking me through a troubleshooting process that quickly solved my problem. He was professional, warm, and above all, knowledgeable and efficient at solving my problem.

I have been working with Curacubby since 2018, and they definitely make billing for the 7 schools I work with easier. At times, issues do arise, but I find that the assistance I receive in resolving them is prompt, professional, and thorough.

We have three shcools that all are set up with Curaucbby to take care of our billing. I noticed that the billintg cycle is different for each school. Got in touch with Curacubby (Beth). She looked into the situation, got back to me within 24 hours. Told me how the issue can be solved and interesting enought she gave me date and time that the issue will be rectify. We have been with Curacubby since 2019. Initially, it was a little bumpy because our Curacubby Representative kept changing. Our experience has been fantastic since we started working with Pelin. She takes the time to listen to all our concerns and tries her best to resolve them to our satisfaction.

We have grown with Curacubby through the years, as one of their 2019 adopters. As with any platform that's evolving, there have been hiccups that we'e had to address along the way.
