Purchased product back in March, I never received anything. After trying to be patient I gave it until June and checked again with their site and it then showed that they had canceled my order at the end of May. This is weird because I was never notified or refunded. I emailed to get some help and someone told me they would be back to me as soon as possible. I never heard back from anyone and ended up needing to dispute the consulting with my bank.

I ordered paint from this company on 01/07 with a lead time of one week. However, I did not receive the material until 03/05. During that time, I sent 5 emails to the company, including 2 requests to cancel the order due to delay and lack of response. None of my emails received a response, and no effort was made to address or resolve my concerns.

I placed an order in June 2025 and, one year later, it has still not been shipped.

I have followed up multiple times and formally requested a refund in January 2025. Despite this, I have only received vague responses saying they are “checking with the team”, with no resolution.

This has been an extremely frustrating experience. At this point, this is clearly a failure to supply and failure to refund.

I would strongly caution others before ordering.

I got a free signed by the artist edition of Stuart Semple's pink pigment. I like his work he is also free. Everything is freeing.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS VENDOR. I placed an order in early May of 2025 and never received it. I emailed many times over the course of about 9 months and got only AI generated replies. There appears to be no customer service department. Request a charge back through your credit card or bank as soon as possible since you will be unable to contact a real person at Culture Hustle to get a refund.
