Cubitt & West Arvostelua

Although we had some initial issues with the management of our flat, Emily Segens (Crawley branch) quickly took control, sorted out the problems and everything has been plain sailing ever since. She made sure we were kept up to date and was always there if we needed her. Great service, great communication all of which is very much appreciated.

I couldn't be happier with the service from everyone at Cubitt & West Horsham. Buying my dream home was such a positive experience thanks to the amazing team. Rebecca and Lisa were fantastic, always keeping me updated and making everything run smoothly. A big thank you to Dan R, the Mortgage Manager, who was patient, helpful, and always took the time to answer my questions. From start to finish, everyone was friendly, professional, and supportive. I highly recommend Cubitt & West Horsham to anyone looking to buy a home. Thank you for making my dream come true!

Had an initial meeting with Kristine Halpin from the Caterham office. She was very professional. It was clear she had done her research on my property and had a good grasp of other comparable properties in the area. I look forward to working with her and the rest of the Caterham team when I decide to put my property on the market

Working with Chichester's letting team was a stress free experience well managed by Katie; her high levels of communication, understanding and the use of effectives processes led to a smooth transaction for moving home.
Thank you.

Marc Steels from the Cubitt and West Lettings Team made the whole process of moving home stress free. Friendly and professional service. I felt so at ease. Great communication. Thank you so much. I would highly recommend.

Great service reliable, and friendly staff @Safiya Wieland, and good communications, would recommend.

Received no response from my original enquiry about a property to arrange a viewing once details were sent over. It then took 2 emails and 2 calls to get a response and be told it was no longer available. I think this is very poor customer service.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Alia Hawes and Jemma at Cubitt & West Leatherhead while trying to secure a property. Unfortunately, the purchase ultimately didn't go through, but this was absolutely no fault of Alia or Jemma.

Both Alia and Jemma were incredibly helpful, professional and supportive throughout the process. They did everything they could to assist us and were always friendly, responsive and a pleasure to deal with.

Although we were disappointed that the property didn't work out, we were very impressed with the service we received from Alia and Jemma. They genuinely went above and beyond to help, and we would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

Thank you, Alia and Jemma, for all your help and support throughout the process!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We couldn’t recommend Cubitt & West enough! As first-time buyers, the whole process was new to us, but from start to finish the team were incredibly supportive, professional, and always on top of everything. They were never pushy, kept us updated throughout, and were always happy to answer our questions and explain everything clearly. Although our purchase took a little longer than expected, they made the experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. Thank you for all your help in getting us into our first home! Grace

Hi Highly recommend Alia Hawes. The whole experience from helping us find the perfect house, supporting us through the whole buying process, as well giving us additional advice through the process too. I cannot rate her high enough for being helpful with everything. Thabk you Alia

I’ve been with this agency since 2019.

Whilst I’ve had a terrible & traumatising experience with co-tenants (though this is entirely on my own), cubitt & west have assisted me every step of the way.

Whenever questions I needed to ask or advice I needed for letting-related queries, they’ve always been efficient in their response.

Whilst it’s sad that I’ll have to part with the property and their services, a million words could not be enough to express my heartfelt gratitude.

I would like to give a special shoutout to one Tom Hadlow whose the Property Manager in Horsham - he’s been so helpful with every single co-tenant situation, always taking time out of his busy schedule to give me support when needed

I would definitely recommend Cubitt & West Woodingdean. The whole team John, Lisa, Kelly, Conno, Donna and Garry were always friendly and very professional with the sale of our flat. Always on time with viewings and kept us updated.
After our buyer made an offer on our property, Garry was amazing at keeping us informed with the progress of the sale.
Many thanks to everyone

Great communication from the staff in Ashington, kept us informed all the way through the sale and always got back to us promptly

The situation was handled both professionally and efficiently by ES (Property Manager). Not only did she send an email, l received a very polite telephone call from E. The problem was resolved the following day. Brilliant. Thank you.

I had a great experience with Cubitt & West over the past 18 months. They were always professional, friendly, and quick to respond whenever I had any questions or needed assistance. Communication was excellent throughout, and any maintenance issues were dealt with promptly and efficiently. I really appreciated their helpful and approachable attitude.

As a landlord renting a property through C&W, I would like to highly commend Thomas Goodchild, manager of the Cubbit & West Property Management team/office.
Thomas has taken over the management role of the team/office for about the past 18 months / two years. Since then there has been a very noticeable difference in the management of the team/office. Whenever i have spoken to Thomas about various issues involving management of the property, Thomas has always been extremely prompt in his replies and communications, both either via email or phoning me back promptly (sometimes after i have left a list of things to be looked at!).
Thomas also spent time discussing an issue in relation to the new Renter's Rights Bill that i was asking about. He was knowledgeable and honest in his communication. The management of the Property Management office/team/situation has definitely improved since Thomas has joined. Good communication between agency and landlord, prompt & efficient responses, and someone who is professional yet approachable and available, is what i find is needed as a landlord, and Thomas meets all these atttributes. Thank you.

I would also like to offer positive feedback about Robin Sanassy who manages the C&W rental office in Sutton. Over the years i have also found him available, approachable, prompt and professional in his communication, and knowledgeable when discussing issues, which has been really helpful.

Due to my personal reason, I moved backed to Hong Kong. I need to sell my property, everyday Hannah email with me, she keep very close to my property and report the update buyer’s feedback effectively and very quickly. She always give advice to me.

It is my great pleasure to write this review for Mr Thomas Goodchild, Senior Property Coordinator, whose professionalism, dedication, and exceptional customer service have been outstanding throughout our dealings.

Since Thomas took over the management of my property, I have had the privilege of experiencing a level of service that has consistently exceeded my expectations. He has always dealt with every concern raised by my tenants promptly, efficiently, and with genuine care. The speed with which he responds and resolves issues has been truly remarkable.

Thomas takes great pride in his role and approaches every matter with professionalism, integrity, and determination. No matter how challenging the situation, he remains calm, proactive, and solution-focused. It is reassuring to know that he is always willing to go the extra mile to achieve the best possible outcome.

His professionalism was particularly evident in July 2026, when my local council incorrectly applied a 100% Council Tax premium to my property after it was mistakenly classified as furnished. Thomas immediately took ownership of the matter and, within just one day, obtained all the documentation and evidence required by the Council's Revenue Office. Through his prompt action and well-prepared correspondence, the Council reviewed the case and removed the incorrect 100% premium.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the outstanding support Thomas provided during what was a very stressful situation. His commitment, efficiency made all the difference.

Thomas is a tremendous asset to your organisation, and I have no doubt that he has a very bright and successful career ahead of him in the property industry. Professionals of his calibre are rare to find, and his dedication to delivering excellent service deserves the highest recognition.

Thank you once again, please accept my sincere gratitude and appreciation.

God continue to bless.

I had a great experience with Cubitt & West Horsham, particularly with Ethan Palmer, who helped me secure my new rental property.

From start to finish, Ethan's communication was excellent. He kept me updated throughout the process, was always clear about timelines and next steps, and made sure I knew what was happening at every stage. The whole process was quick, straightforward, and much easier than I expected.

Ethan and the team were friendly, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely recommend Cubitt & West Horsham to anyone looking to rent a property, and I'd happily use them again in the future. Thank you for all your help!
