Your order was dispatched from our manufacturing facility in China because inventory at our US fulfillment location was temporarily unavailable. This was done to fulfill your purchase rather than cancel it due to the stock shortage. It does not mean the company is pretending to be something it is not, nor does it make the order a “secret” dropshipment.

Once the package entered the carrier network, we had no control over its routing, barcode scanning, delivery exceptions or the accuracy of the carrier’s tracking updates. The fact that the parcel was redirected between facilities was understandably inconvenient, but those movements were determined entirely by the shipping carrier. Tracking systems sometimes continue displaying outdated information even after delivery because the final scan has not synchronized correctly. That is a carrier-system issue, not evidence that our company created “fake” tracking messages.

Our support team could only provide the information being reported by the carrier at the time. When tracking data is delayed, incomplete or contradictory, representatives cannot independently locate or redirect a package inside the carrier’s network. Although the responses may have felt repetitive, they were based on the information available to us. The order was ultimately delivered, meaning it was not lost or withheld by our company.

Regarding the subscription, customers are offered both a one-time purchase and a recurring subscription option. The selected price, renewal frequency and recurring-payment notice are displayed before payment, and an order-confirmation email is sent afterward.
