CTT Group Arvostelua

Excellent CTT Private Client Seminar. The presentations were all first class, and the follow up with the slides used on the day is very useful. Thank you to the team. Jonathan Anderson

Superb training event, learnt lots. Great ideas for spotting referral opportunities!

I have had the help and support of CTT for a number of years, and my father before me. The professional and friendly approach has always made any communication or interaction very easy for someone not really geared in the ways of trusts. Spencer Tatton and James Fisher need a special mention as they always made it feel so personal and easy for me. I have recommended CTT to friends and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone reading this.

What a fantastic company to work with! They have incredible knowledge, and the atmosphere is welcoming and professional.

Having just sold my Late Mother’s House & have to thank CTT Law & especially Charlie Foran for all the conveyancing work that she had to undertake as we had an extremely difficult buyer who wanted so many questions answered on the property as it’s quite an old house & the land has a lot of history that needed a lot of search. There were many title deed documents to go through with further research to come up with informed answers for the buyer. This demanded paitence, diligence, careful research & Charlie aced everything in a professional & meticulous manner. Paitence was the keyword here as the conveyancing was nearly 7 months long but she stuck to her guns & we came out successfully exchanging contracts & completed the sale. I had regular updates throughout & we got on well as a team as I had to provide a lot of details when I used to live at the property as a child.
Charlie is a true professional & I would definitely recommend her at a heartbeat if you are looking for a quality conveyancer whose efficient, approachable & gets results.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Review for Mysti – CTT
I would like to extend a big thank you to Mysti from CTT for the excellent training she provided me on the use of the Legacy Software.
Mysti’s teaching style is clear, patient, and incredibly supportive. She explained everything step-by-step, ensured I fully understood each feature, and made the entire learning process smooth and enjoyable. Her deep knowledge of the system and her willingness to go the extra mile truly made a difference.
I’m now much more confident using the Legacy Software, and that is entirely down to her guidance.
Thank you, Mysti, for your professionalism, expertise, and exceptional training. Highly recommended!

This is the first chance I have had for some time to be able to put humans to names and faces on zoom. Yes we meet a lot of people over a short period of time but it was still valuable in the building of a long term relationship. I look forward to other opportunities to meet again in the near future.

CTT Live - What an amazing event, well done team. It is so nice to get out of the office and meet people again.
What a really informative and inspiring event, looking forward to the next one.

Katie from the Partnership Team is brilliant. She knows the client management and legal processing side extensively.

Sadly my mum passed away and I struggled with probate.
CTT group were recommended to me.
Paris Hollinsworth handled our case, with care, clear communication and efficiency we were really pleased with how she dealt with everything.
Probate is never an easy thing to go through and took a while due to issues beyond our control, but I would highly recommend CTT group if anyone is struggling

Vicky (Partnership Dept) who came to my assistance could not have been more helpful. She showed great patience, caring, and a thorough professional knowledge of Countrywide's product's. She also took a great deal of time explaining how to get the best out of Countrywide's software. I feel she is a great asset to Countrywide's professional staff.

I wanted to send a message to complement you on one of your staff, Nisah Begum‑Firdous. We've had a completely nightmare time dealing with your company, to be honest. Our house sale has been held back for months due, in large part to your incompetence. A lot of money, time and stress have been used up in waiting for documents from you which should have been sorted out and sent a long time ago. We have left repeated messages and been assured we would be contacted when we weren't, we have been told documents would be with us shortly, which never came.
However, thanks to Nisah, things are now sorted out and, I wanted to tell you how pleased we have been with her and her service, she is the best member of staff we have dealt with, she actually got back to us when she said she would and, sorted problems out for us as quickly as she could.
I hope this message gets through so she can be complemented for her brilliant service. 2 stars for countrywide but five for Nisah!

Following the sad death of my colleague's brother as introducers to Countrywide we reached out to them to assist with the probate. Through the process we unfortunately experienced some difficult and unforeseen circumstances. George Mathison's prompt responses on email and his availability to talk to the executors and myself on the phone was invaluable at solving these challenges. If George was not in the office Chad Nagra and the rest of the probate team helped us with equal efficiency. The estate has now been settled and the family and I are very grateful for the 5 star service we received and have to give particular credit to George, he could not have helped us any better.

Zack in Accounts was tremendously helpful and very patient in dealing with me.

Yesterday i spoke with Abbie Fellowes regarding a case and she was so helpful! Abbie always finds time to help me talk through any case and yesterday was no different. She is an absolute star and the team at CTT are lucky to have her!

The support from the staff has been excellent and the software system has been updated with many more features.

We are happy to be onboard with CTTC
Thank you

Exceptional Support and Expertise from the Technical Team

In our industry, it quickly becomes clear that no two families are the same, and neither are their planning needs. The technical team consistently provides expert guidance, tailored advice, and most importantly, reassurance and peace of mind for the clients we serve.

Special thanks to Will Chiles, Spencer Tattam, Jonathan Maskew, and Vicky Tidder for their support and professionalism. Their knowledge and responsiveness make a real difference.

A well organised and structured course, learned so much and feel more confident in my own approach to estate planning. I will certainly be attending more courses in the future.

Abbie within the estate planning team has been working with me on a case with some complicated areas around EPAs and LPAs, her knowledge, advice and support has been invaluable

Very good service. Especially the Partnership Team. Happy to recommend to anyone I deal with.
