CTT Group Arvostelua

Always happy to help with your enquiries. Very knowledgeable staff who are professional, approachable, and quick to provide clear advice. Excellent customer service throughout — highly recommended.

Attending a Will writing and Estate Planning Course is not going to be most people's first choice of things to do when the Sun is shining.

Planning for no longer being here is generally a subject to be avoided, which is why so many don't have anything appropriate in place to mitigate against the problems arising from the inevitable.

So, top marks to CTT for providing a solution that not only addresses the legal needs but trains Estate Planners to make it a relevant and acceptable discussion to be had with their clients.

The course was presented by a very knowledgeable team, with a varied range of presentation skills, which has given me the confidence to provide the best solutions for my clients, family, friends.

After four days it was great to round out the training sessions with a lively and engaging presentation by Gilly and Mysti on how to partner effectively with CTT and get the best from the support they offer. Well done Gilly & Mysti.

Very easy company to deal with! Always quick to respond to any requests or queries.

I deal directly with Bhavesh who couldnt be more helpful with rectifying queries and I am sure rectifying issues (which i have had none).

Wouldnt recommend anyone else to keep my families trust in order other than CTT Group.

Polite, communicative, couldn’t ask for more.

The content of the course and understanding of how important the choosing of a Trustee is was very insightful, would recommend any one jumping on one of these courses - the logging in to the course was another matter 🤦‍♂️

I have undertaken several training courses and webinars with the team at Countrywide, most recently on the life cycle of a trust. Those delivering the material consistently demonstrate a deep subject knowledge and a friendly approachable style that encourages participants to pose questions in the chat facility. These they answer and follow up on either during the course in a timely manner or through patiently giving you the time afterwards. I would recommend the courses at Countrywide.

We have worked with Countrywide for a number of years and requested 1-2-1 training on a couple of products. The training delivered by Spencer was specifically aimed at our company and to the level of detail that we required. Very informative.

Excellent and timely service as always! Well done guys :)

This week I experienced support above and beyond the call of duty from the Accounts Team at CTT Group. I needed some important assistance from them fairly urgently and Zakaria bent over backwards to help me and everything I need is in place. Partnering with CTT Group helps me to run my estate planning consultancy safe in the knowledge that the team have my back when I need them.

Neena in Estate Planning provided me with a prpmpt and very helpful response.

Useful reminders, the slides were good and hopefully you will send copies

A lively, friendly welcome. Nice informal day. Good location. Nice hotel (just, randomly not enough toilets beside a meeting room).

Content-wise, I would have liked some insight into software, drafting, common issues.etc.

I was expecting some 'news', product development, other improvements etc. These events typically used for 'big reveals'.

Need to see improvement on how info is gathered then input, what I'm doing is clunky and repetitive/inefficient atm (Conor to ring and arrange Zoom training)

I would like to see someone like Spencer over in Belfast. We tend to get overlooked but are only an hour away. Meeting my boss and maybe presenting to our introducers could help boost our business greatly. It would also answer concerns CRN have about professional trustees and trust management in general.

Brilliant day!
I enjoyed all the information delivered and learnt lots of important things I need to consider when preparing wills for clients.

Useful to re-enforce existing learning and to highlight impending legislation changes.

Was smashing great people loved it. Cant wait for the next one

Great event, super informative, with lots of help and support to help us offer a complete service to our clients.
Super team of people to work alongside!

We needed to explore investment options within a Trust and were allocated an IFA to provide advice that allowed us to make the right choice.
All of the additional support was provided by Catalina Placinta who was very patient and answered all of our questions.
An excellent service.

Very interesting presentations about superior planning opportunities for my clients which is definitely worth a follow-up with the team.
As a CTT member I hope the PowerPoint slides will be shared as there was a lot of detail to digest.

A very informative event. The delivery and knowledge from the CTT was second to none.

Countrywide T&T are absolutely fantastic! I have used many companies in the estate planning space over the last decade and Countrywide are by far the most professional, efficient and comprehensive I have used I would highly recommend them to anyone in financial services. In particular Hayley has been amazing along with many others who work for the company in different departments I have dealt with, I could not recommend them enough to anyone reading this, go for it
