First of all, they blocked the ability to replenish the account without explanation.
Secondly, tech support is incredibly rude. Instead of offering an alternative deposit, to my outrage and the fact that I would leave a review, tech support replied, “You as well”.
I am an Italian citizen and have been legally residing in Spain for several years, tried to pay via my Spanish card.
I do not advise anyone to never use the services of this casino.

I deposit my money to this site, won then i withdrawed and withdrawal never land. 18 days withdrawal stuck 0.17 solana. They told me to do kyc, i did and it got rejected. Contacted support then and told me i used fake id without evidence or argue.(i provided my id) They muted me from chat after complaining and ban me from live chat. I know yall going to read so atleast can i have my withdrawal

The live support is awful and i can't claim any rewards
The live support on the site replies to 2 messages and then goes mute i have to open 3 consecuative new tickets to finish the conversation, and when i kept asking the question which i didn't get a clear answer to, they just straight up banned me from live support, and my rewards page!
