I ordered a Eureka Cone Clamp Assembly 2 Section and a 30mm item turned up. I rang and said I required the 25mmEureka Cone Clamp Assembly 2 Section. I returned the wrong item and within 3days I received correct item which fitted perfectly. I also had tracking which made it easy to see where my item was.
