I bought two tins of carpet protective spray.
When they arrived they had been damaged in transit. I felt the packaging was a bit poor so I wrote to the seller not to really complain but just for their info for future.
The seller offered me two new tins which I was a bit embarrassed about as that was not my intention. Anyway they insisted and yesterday two tins arrived in a much better packaging. I am exceptionally pleased.

First time using this service and would use again. The products arrived in a timely manner and in their entirety. Their communication was clear and prompt when asked for an additional receipt/invoice. Only negative was that the shipping cost wasn’t calculated correctly during the initial purchase and an extra cost needed to be provided at a later date. Overall was a great experience.

The experience was great. They helped me pick up the perfect chemicals I was looking for. I had no idea about chemicals but they helped me find the right one.

Great products and excellent service! The delivery was very fast, and the mop bucket set arrived in perfect condition. The prices are very competitive, and the quality is outstanding. The mop buckets are sturdy, durable, and exactly what I was looking for. I'm very happy with my purchase and will definitely buy from them again. Highly recommended!

Price was ok , and supposedly in stock but the delivery to couriers was a week late. It did arrive before the later delivery day so turned out ok.

Great products fast postage

Was expecting next day delivery but I'm still waiting a week later on a product I needed urgently. Tracking is woeful, they are impossible to contact by phone and don't reply to messages through any of their promoted channels. I'm annoyed because I could have bought it elsewhere but wanted it quickly as possible, so chose this company. So much for next day delivery. The Shop "tracking" is a scam to install an app that mines data from your phone and tries to get you to buy other things while not providing any accurate or up to date info about your paid for non delivered item. No stars so far.
