They know and understand the product they sell.
We had issues with a carpet we were steam cleaning. The shop assistant was very knowledgeable and gave some incredible advice on the chemicals.

The company did all that I asked
The company did all that I asked, and did what any business should do to service their customer base. The product is currently in use.
The post office made a mess of the order and some leakage occurred. I notified them to tell them what had happened and they refunded me the loss without question. They didn't have to go that far as 5 litres was more that I needed for this particular job.

Bluestone Paver stain
The company delivered the product expediently. They gave great communication at all times. The problem for me was that the product didn't work. It didn't remove the bluestone stain. It had no effect on it whatsoever.

Item received does not resemble item…
Item received does not resemble item photographed. The tube is significantly shorter and will cause blockage of the thick fluid I intend to put in bottles.
I have requested to return for credit, twice, and no one has responded.
I specifically chose these bottles because of the length of the tube.
