Shocking customer service
Shocking customer service! Requested a refund back in April! Still haven't received it! No work was even carried out. Every time I call I get told it's "being escalated". I have called countless times and nothing is happening. Staff are rude.

Very impressed with Crystal Clear
Very impressed with Crystal Clear. We purchased two window from them and from start finish every thing went smoothly. The quality of the windows and the professionalism of the fitters. All area was sheeted and any little queries I had about the fittings was explained. When they had finished they left the site clean and tidy. Looking around the windows with the fitters I could find no concerns and was impressed with the overall finish and look of the windows.

What all companies should aspire to.
I was impressed from first contact with your rep knocking on the door but not been in the slightest bit pushy. To your sale woman Nadia who again i didn't feel was trying to push anything on me that I wasn't asking for. Then even the surveyor who offered invaluable advice without trying to sell me anything I didn't want. Then to top it off your fitting team were excellent, they were quick tidy and did a high quality job. I would not hesitate to recommend you to friends and family. Infact I already have.

A good idea delivered efficiently by a good company The idea of replacing the sealed glass…
The idea of replacing the sealed glass double glazing rather than whole windows is appealing. It’s fast and minimises inconvenience while improving energy efficiency. There was a difficulty with one window unit but Crystal Clear dealt with it and kept us informed.

Dear Philip, we're happy to read your review and you've articulated exactly some of the important and beneficial reasons why replacing glass units with A-grade sealed units - rather than entire frames - makes better sense in many circumstances. Also great to know that any issues were resolved and you're happy with our service 😊

Great effort went to making us happy as customers
The company went to great lengths to allow that we could have a fitting date that suited us. And, once on site, their fitters were respectful, quick and diligent. A newly fitted full-front windows and facia was completed within just one day and I'm very happy with both the expediency of the service as well as the quality of the fixtures themselves. All backed by a very solid warrantee.

New windows, doors and french doors installed
New windows, front and back doors replaced and french doors put in. Excellent job and really pleased with the result
Good value too. Whilst overall, care was taken to protect and clear up, a tile in my downstairs toilet was chipped and then covered up by moving the hook and towel to hide this. I didn't realise this until after the job was completed. Whilst I may not have been best pleased had I been told when this happened, accident are not always avoidable and I would have been ok with it, but the fact it had been covered up is what is unacceptable. Also, care was taken to move flower pots etc in the back garden, but not in the front and two of my decorative stools were damaged too. Unfortunately, again not noticed until after the job was completed. Apart from this, I am very pleased with the products, outcome, service and price and would recommend the company to others.

Very professional
Very professional, punctual and the quality of work is a very high standard. We had a window unit replaced and a new composite front door fitted and the window was installed perfectly. The old door removed and new door installed, what is particularly impressive is the quality of finishing around the door both internally and externally. A job well done!
