Overcharged 3 times!! Can't get refund
I asked for a refund the same day I signed up. Did I get a refund you ask? No. Instead they charged me two more times on the same day. They've now charged me 3 times!!
I've opened multiple support tickets and provided all the information they asked for. Now they are saying I haven't provided enough information for a refund. Terrible customer service, terrible experience!!
EDIT 9/7/22: Just received a notice that they have RENEWED my subscription!! Look at the other negative reviews, overcharging and then refusing to refund is their common scam.

This product is generally solid
This product is generally solid. I've had a few issues with it along the lines of not being able to save information, (like API keys), etc. These have recurred a couple of times which is why I have to leave off a star.
However, their customer service, (via chat), has always been quickly available and good. They've solved my issues a couple of times. Though it took a couple of tries to get something more permanently fixed. So I can recommend them with confidence. If my issue(s) don't return, I'll come back and up my rating. But again, the key for me here is at least their customer service is fairly responsive and they seem to know their product well.

the CSR Christopher is a very intelligent person, him and others have helped me out a ton with figuring out the capabilities of this platform.
